Debunking Illegal Immigration

Each morning I thoroughly enjoy reading all the local blogs and news, and this week on the anniversary of the Martin Luther King speech "I have a dream" Glenn Beck will be holding a rally at the Lincoln Memorial in Washington D.C. to commemorate that monumental event.

Our nations heritage on illegal immigration, or I should say Immoral immigration began on the shores of South Carolina where slave ships arrived to an open market. This later evolved into a divisive issue, a civil war, and what later became Lincoln's "emancipation proclamation." Freed slaves, and their children were eventually given a birth right citizenship and afforded constitutional protections including a full right to vote under the Fifteenth Amendment.

Future generations of pre/post World War immigrants also were arriving at Ellis Island in New York, the location was selected because in order to become a U.S. citizen a proper screening of foreigners was thought a good idea. At Ellis Island the intake procedure required the documenting of individuals arriving into America and also a health assessment was required to ensure that diseases like cholera, malaria or the like was not going to be introduced to our country. Eventually all new immigrants were required to learn English, our Pledge of Allegiance, and the laws of our nation. The ultimate goal of the program was to create the Melting Pot whereby the noble goal of Assimilation and Acculturation was achieved.

Today's immigration system resembles very little of the old way of doing things. Clearly we cannot blame most people who wish to become Americans for not doing things in the correct way. All too often the barriers to immigration can be immense, including costly legal fees and years of waiting for INS to get its act together and dire circumstances in their host countries. But this in-and-of itself does not excuse those immigrants who break our laws and enter our country illegally.

The first thing one must consider on the Immigration debate, and often I fail to hear people discuss it, is the question "why are you interested in America?" The answers are often varied but one common theme is that America, unlike the rest of the world, is the last bastion of freedom on earth. Most countries have draconian immigration laws and are very unwelcoming of outsiders entering their countries. However, with most of the Third World people living on less than $2.00 a day America seems like a place ripe with opportunity. We are also world famous as a place where its citizens are afforded a Republic that bars and restricts our Government from infringing on our Inalienable rights as citizens.

As an Immigrant my Great Grandfather believed that the best reason to come to America is because you value and cherish our freedom, and wish to take part in the American dream. Despite the idea or notion that America has no more room for immigrants is flawed, what America is lacking today is leadership in Washington D.C. to tackle the Immigration problem in a way that builds America stronger with each passing generation. America needs a balance of quality Immigrants that will add to our competitive and entrepeneurial spirit as a nation.

What is truly sad today is that the Immigration system has broken down as much as it has. Sadly immigrants today are being chastised, and in some cases discriminated against, for doing what they believe is the right thing. Personally I respect and support foreigners wanting to come to America to be Americans. What I deject is foreigners coming to America to reap the benefits of socialized programs, refusing to Assimilate or Acculturate and then working illegally hence subjugating our labor laws. These individuals anger other Americans who see them send their tax free earnings (in some cases less than minimum wage) back to their families who are living in failed narco states.

To truly correct the issue of immigration, it becomes very important to separate immigrants into "Assets" and "Liabilities" whereby "Liabilities" come to America to commit crimes, and therefore are my and your enemies, and "Assets" come here to build the next generation of Americans "Stronger" than the last.

American citizenship should be a badge of honor that is earned. INS should require that all Immigrants speak fluent English, take a pledge of allegiance and not commit any crimes against others prior to getting a Green Card.The INS needs to strenghthen America by demanding Immigrants conform to the American way of life and not the other way around.

The shores of America were once a dumping ground for Englands most undesirable immigrants or a penal Colony of sorts. The English dumped its criminals on our shores and under the early years of that tumultuous period the Colonialists were confronted with an unwelcome challenge. Fortunately for the pilgrims gun control laws were not an issue. Despite popular misconceptions about guns they do keep criminals in check (just ask any police officer.) It appears that America today, is becoming Mexico's dumping ground for its criminal undesirables.

In conclusion to my post today I will say again that Immigrants who come to America to make our nation stronger not only should be pursued and welcomed, but also treated like our friends and respected guests. Those Immigrants who come to America to weaken our social and public services, break our laws and refuse to Assimilate and Acculturate should be regarded as our enemy as they always were in time past. I believe it is as simple as that.

Mexican Invaders Threaten All Of America

The problem of illegal immigration is going to persist for many years to come. Arizona recently passed a law that few liberal minded people really understand. What I have done to help highlight the tragic invasion of illegal immigrants into America is post the above photo whereby the person holding it is alleging to "kill more police officers unless they get a job, a free house, free food, and no taxes."

The image was posted at Alex Jones's infowars.com whereby articles there state that America has been infiltrated with an estimated 50 Million illegal immigrants many of its most violent are responsible for 17,000 drug related murders last year alone on the U.S. border.

The U.S. Border is officially the most violent border on earth surpassing every gulf war in the last decade. Our Washington leaders refuse to help or support law enforcement officers like Sheriff Arpao who for years was threatened and harassed for doing his job of fighting illegals. Recently Lou Dobbs a media reporter and critic of illegal immigration resigned from the news when he and his family's home was shot at.

Connecticut, mainly lower fairfield county is a "magnet state" for illegal immigrants. Most come to America to usurp our laws, and prey on the very benefits created to care for legal U.S. citizens. What they found here was a liberal Democrat welcome wagon intent on assimilating them into a large Democratic voting block to defeat Republicans.

While this cruel game has been ongoing for a decade, America has been destabilized and overwhelmed with taxes to fund the strain placed as a result of the free entitlements that have to be paid out to this invading population.

These people come from a country, whereby you would be extorted arrested and imprisoned for crossing into their country's border illegally. These are also the same people who reduced Mexico into a Third World "hell hole" and now the same is beginning to happen in "America." Kudos to Arizona's Governor and her new illegal immigration law and the 70+ percent of the states population who demanded the bill.

Illegal Immigrant Worker' s Wait For Jobs In Norwalk

The illegal immigrant workforce, takes to the Norwalk streets daily. This event I witnessed last week as I traversed up Martin Luther King Blvd. There were about 50-100 people of what looked like Spanish descent waiting on the corner as if ready to jump in a passing truck; They looked ready to work in any craft from landscaping to construction.

Upon arrival to my destination to fix a computer I asked my customer A Mr. Yanni what was the scoop with all the people hanging out on the corner, I asked him the rhetorical question of what were they doing there? Just as I expected he gave me the answers, the same ones that have half the nation "ticked off" about, that they are all mostly illegal, undocumented, migrant workers preying on the desperation of small businesses desperate to increase their profits.

Many of them are going to your homes by way of your landscaper, stone mason or handyman. This problem has become perverse throughout our state and does not limit itself to just Norwalk. Mayor DiStefano has worked to grant these people ID's and Hartford has all but become a sanctuary city after the town council walked away from immigration issues, calling them the greater responsibility of the Federal Government.

Just as matters seemed to be as bad as things could be our secretary of state decided to run a campaign with Blumenthal to shore up the numbers of the Democratic party by registering as many people of all descents... many if not most being these federal "fast track" illegal immigrants.

While I am no objector to legal immigration a reminder of the correct way of achieving this is through acculturation and assimilation. That is that they intermarry, speak English, and lose over time their intense feeling of nationalism over the United States. In the exaggerated unregulated number that are present today America is building Hispanic nonspeaking ghettos who will soon evolve into a separatist group that will look to create their own special place in America that is not America. To explain what I mean imagine entire Spanish Speaking cities like Miami where America and its history becomes second to that of the supra nationals.

Something to think about while the rest of the U.S. border still goes unfunded, wide open and our leaders act as if they care but continue to take no action. Today's blog is yet again another reminder of the excuses and collusion at all levels of government in our state to enable the Federal Government and its policy of destroying our national borders under the premise that our state is helpless.

Hartford City Council OK's Immigration Ordinance

The city council staked its ground Monday in the immigration debate, unanimously approving an ordinance that bars police from inquiring about immigration status.

The ordinance, if signed by Mayor Eddie Perez, would prevent police from arresting or detaining anyone solely because immigration authorities had issued an administrative warrant for them, which is a civil matter.

The ordinance also prohibits other city employees from asking anyone seeking services about their immigration status.

Councilman Pedro E. Segarra called the decision "bold and courageous" and said he was impressed by the dozens of people in the city who spoke in favor of the proposal at a public hearing last month. There was no opposition.

Segarra said he did not support illegal immigration, but had to respond to the needs of people living in the city. He said that opponents who contacted him since the proposal received media attention lived in the suburbs or as far away as Texas.

"My responsibility as a council person is to the residents of Hartford," he said. "I'm not responsible for securing our borders. I'm not responsible for issuing visas."

Although Perez has said he supports the concept behind the ordinance, it is not clear whether he will sign it.

He has maintained that an order issued by Police Chief Daryl K. Roberts in March that said city police would not make immigration arrests unless there was also a criminal investigation was adequate.

In a letter to the council Monday, Perez expressed concern about "codifying standards for internal police matters in the city code."

Councilman Luis Cotto, who introduced the ordinance, said it was important to pass it so illegal immigrants could be confident they can cooperate with police in criminal investigations without fear of being deported.

Gerry Pleasent, a retired Hartford deputy police chief, opposed the ordinance, saying it was tantamount to usurping the role of the federal government.

"We cannot have each city running around implementing its own immigration ordinance," he said.

Lou Dobbs On Freedom Radio Today

Lou Dobbs is one of Americas leading advocates reporting on the shameful, and unbelievable political policies that render America insecure. In the wake of the 9/11 attacks, our government created the Department of Homeland Security, of which combined all U.S. intelligence for the benefit of our safety and national protection.

Lou Dobbs has said that America has yet to act in a manner that would actually protect America. Our shipping ports are wide open, with containers left largely un-inspected, our border is still wide open with the daily influx of drugs, human trafficking issues, murders, and military incursions by the Mexican government into America.

America has done more to protect the borders of Iraq, than our own country, and just this week week NYC has come under fire. One of NYC first apparent terrorists attacks was against an army recruiting center, a clear sign of the sentiment in America.

As our economy this week continues to slide and the rich get richer, the US Dollar continued to dive. Gold and other precious metals surged to all time extreme highs. There are ominous and eerie signs that something is wrong in America. This is evident in the lives and faces of plain people who have not a clue about their future.

Middle class Americans have been especially hurt and burdened with conditions likened to those of the 1970's depression. Some Yahoo polls fear that this current slide is not over, that our leaders regressive trade and national debts practices are working like a "two headed" snake fighting Americas greatness. The next decade will mark the path of Americas future, whether we fall, or like a phoenix "rise from the ashes" is entirely up to how bad Americans, like me and you, want to save our country.

Illegal Dumping At Gulf Pond May Be A Town Policy Issue. (Opinion)

This problem occurrs as a result of the city of Milford charging a fee to use their dump. As a candidate for State Representative here in Milford (www.rfrank118.com ) I have been proposing that the town dump follow the same policy as the recycling center in Wesport.

Westport rarely has illegal dumping because there is no charge to use the dump. Many contractors are already using random garbage dumpsters around town and making small business owners upset. Even my office in Milford on New Haven Ave. is victim to mysterious piles of garbage appearing in the dark of night.

The cost of performing routine illegal dumping cleanups certainly must erode the small fees they collect, it makes no sense to have our city drop all their garbage on the curb each year for free, but we cannot use the city dump without paying a paltry few dollars.

What I propose is to eliminate the unsightly periodic street garbage dumping and make it free at the source. Hence, if revenue is an issue fines can be increased to install surveilance equipment at specific illegal dump sites.

Every problem dump site should have a sign directing people of consequences of illegal dumping and an advisory re-directing them to the town dump where they can unload for free.

Illegal limmigrants still fail to understand whose country this is.

This is breaking news folks, this video is becoming viral due to the fact that it depicts how disrespectful Mexicans can be to our country. Unfortunately the U.S. Veteran who tore down the Mexican Flag, Flying above the U.S. Flag is facing potential charges in court for his aggressive stance and vigilante approach to restoring respect to our country.

What about these Mexicans? A blogger on myleftnutmeg said we should pardon these offenses as they may have been "ignorant of the law." While in my court endeavors never has "ignorance of the law" been a valid excuse for me, some liberals think that we should have an entirely different standard for Mexicans illegally coming to America.

Perhaps our government should be concerned that such unchecked illegal immigrants have no knowledge of what our laws are, no citizenship training, or a complete reckless disregard for what America stands for. I believe part of citizenship training during immigration involves teaching "new Americans" what the laws are in our country, and certainly flying a non U.S. flag above our own should be part of citizenship 101 as very illegal.

This problem is becoming outrageous, now with a proposed corridor being clandestinely built from Mexico to Canada, free reign to merge Canada, Mexico and the U.S. is in full force, yet our country still officially denies that is the case. Fortunately Opinion shows like Glenn Beck are calling national attention to the chicanery of our countries agenda. Our cities and towns here in CT do not help either, CT is the 9Th highest recipient of Illegal immigrants with New Haven and Danbury plagued the worst. This makes us a "Magnet State" because of what CT offers immigrants.

Our State policy must change, and things will only change when you begin to blog your support for Veterans who are always there when America needs someone to do their fighting for them. I think this guy is a hero and not the criminal "Big Brother" is making him out to be.

Write our leaders, Copy the video and share it freely, reports are that youtube censored it. This is the last site that has it and I could find. Copy it to your Hard Drives and E-Mail it to your friends.
