Just some years back our Communist Congresswoman Rosa DeLauro introduced the Food Safety and Modernization Act H.R. 875, that bill passed and the Senate introduced its companion bill S.510. This week these bills are expected to be “fast tracked” and put into law as soon as possible.

When these bills are introduced and passed it is always in the name of public safety. Many misguided citizens were duped into believing that this bill is wonderful. They frankly believe that our leaders love humanity and find our health and safety very important. Rosa Delauro told us that it was her wish to protect her constituents from those “evil doers” that would feed us tainted unsafe food.

Certainly we were alarmed by the tens of thousands of heads of cattle that were incinerated due to “Mad Cow Disease,” we were also alarmed by the outbreaks of “salmonella poisoning.” We were alarmed again when our spinach was deemed unsafe and all the evil food producers, who through their own negligence spread hazards such as “hoof and mouth disease” and created unsafe eggs.

This all seems reasonable enough until of course you look at governments ability to "fix" anything. Or we can be smart and follow the money. To do this with sincerity it is important that we first have a look at all the people who donated to get this bill passed (CLICK HERE to see the list.) Those who voted in favor of this bill received vast sums of money from big Agra to support it. This is because they know that the guise of “Food Safety” is really more about “Corporate Control over Food Production Profits” by big Agra. The game theory is simple and most people who know Rosa DeLauro know that her husband has Monsanto as a client.

That aside is merely an insignificant formality compared to the new powers of the FDA. Prior to this bill the FDA was a friendly agency who granted approval of new drugs and food additives. After the passage of the Food Safety and Modernization act the FDA will have more in common with the FBI and United States Marshall’s service than a consumer protection agency.

While some have not denied that the FDA under the FMA lacks the authority to prosecute, arrest and confiscate all the goods and livestock of a family farm others dismiss it with ridicule saying that it is “unlikely they will abuse their power by attacking small family farms.” None deny they will soon have the authority to raid a vendor selling apples on the side of the road if they so choose.

This bill usurps game theory in a manner that will deliver windfall profits to the Big Agra Corporations who really dislike small farms and small organic farmers. While we are told the true intent of this bill is consumer protection, its result will be the disfranchisement of small farmers through enforcement threats, combined with unreasonable regulations searches and seizures. This will dissuade small farmers who are expected to be unable to compete with their Big Agra rivals. The "Motis Operandi" is to impose a corporate run police state.

This police state will undermine small farmers, hence delivering the Big Agra huge profits. This only works if the term "Food Safety" is repeated over and over again and combined with fear. Fear of "Mad Cow Disease," "tainted Spinach," "Contaminated Eggs" all of which are produced by the the Food Giants who exempted themselves from enforcement by writing special rules in the bill they approved for themselves.

According to Ralph Nader Most of the big Corporations in America are over represented in Washington D.C. and according to a recent court decision they have the right to financially exercise that representation in ways that defy, in my opinion, the conventional wisdom of the U.S. Constitution.

Moving forward, the small farmers in Milford are certainly going to have anxiety over how to keep in compliance with the very expensive and costly regulations about to be imposed on them. These regulations will require a Food Safety Plan being submitted, routine inspections of their farms by Federal Agents, new invasive taxes to support the expansion of government and most troubling any violations deemed serious could lead to the destruction of livestock and abject confiscation of all farm goods produced.

This bill has been deemed by many of its critics as being the most dangerous police state bill in the history of America. This bill has been called the precursor to the United Nations Agenda 21 and a global harbinger to the Global Food Regulations of the UN Codex Alimentarius. The elite of the world want all humanity to be completely dependent on them for food, energy, money, and security.

This giant globalist leap forward marks a great victory against the basic rights of individuals and challenges the very warning given to us by our founders who said: “When you depend on Government to give you all that you have, you have given them total control over your lives and unknowingly permitted them to take it all away when they are ready.”

Rosa Delauro's HR 875 Will Bring Sweeping Orwellian Police Powers To Milford's Farms.

House Resolution 875, or the Food Safety Modernization Act of 2009, was recently introduced by Rosa DeLauro, D-Conn. It is worth noting that DeLauro's husband, Stanley Greenburg, works for Monsanto – the world's leading producer of herbicides and genetically engineered seed.

This legislation looks like a government grab to regulate smaller agri-business at the behest of larger more powerful agri-business interests.

According to this proposed legislation, Government inspectors would be required to visit and examine food production facilities, which is defined as "any farm, ranch, orchard, vineyard, aquaculture facility, or confined animal-feeding operation". Government would review food safety records and conduct surveillance of animals, plants, products or the environment.

The Government would also "provide technical assistance to farmers and food establishments that are small business concerns (meeting the requirements of section 3(a) of the Small Business Act and the regulations promulgated thereunder) to assist with compliance with the requirements of this Act."

Michael Olson, author of "Metro Farm, said, "What the government will do is bring in industry experts to tell them how to manage all this stuff, It's industry that's telling government how to set these things up. What it always boils down to is who can afford to have the most influence over the government. It would be those companies that have sufficient economies of scale to be able to afford the influence – which is, of course, industrial agriculture."

According to the provisions of this bill, farms and other food producers would be forced to submit copies of all records to federal inspectors upon request, and refusal to register, permit inspector access or testing of food or equipment would be prohibited by law and a punishable offense.

So basically our local agricultural business, family farms and especially organic farmers and perhaps even small weekend farm-stand farmers will suffer under the weight of more government control and have to adhere to burdensome and onerous rules and regulations that are designed for bigger agri-business. In essence it is a means by which large industrial agriculture along with government will manage local agriculture.

Under this act, every food producer must have a written food safety plan and must adhere to standards related to fertilizer use, nutrients, hygiene, packaging, temperature controls, animal encroachment, and water. And guess who sets those standards?

The government is going to bring in big industry to establish the protocols which could very well help to eliminate their competition by establishing expensive reporting and other expensive associated guidelines for growing food. This could cripple small American farms.

The penalties are also stiff and each offense is considered a separate offense - "Any person that commits an act that violates the food safety law … may be assessed a civil penalty by the Administrator of not more than $1,000,000 for each such act."

Another "food safety" bill that has organic and small farmers worried is Senate Bill 425, or the Food Safety and Tracking Improvement Act, sponsored by Sen. Sherrod Brown, D-Ohio.

The government wants to establish a "food database" and to track everything grown, prepared, handled, manufactured, processed, distributed, shipped, warehoused, imported, and conveyed under the premise that they want to ensure the safety of the food. Never mind the poisonous additives and crap that the FDA already allows in most food products in American grocery stores. Now it seems more important for government to hassle organic farmers and small food growers.

As this seems to be a knee jerk reaction to recent salmonella outbreak among consumers of peanut products, and since of course no crisis should go to waste - it is a great opportunity for more government control with the help of companies like Monsanto.

Really all that is necessary to ensure food safety is to update a few outdated regulations and add some more inspectors. The peanut debacle would not have happened if inspectors would have done their job properly and saw the filth in that peanut plant to begin with.

These bills need to be examined closely and scrutinized by the public. The public must act quickly, as they are attempting to ram these bills through without debate or discussion. The wording in too many provisions of these bills are simply too VAGUE and open the door WIDE for some government bureaucrat on the state of federal level to decide what farmers can or cannot use to grow food, and how that food will be handled--all under the benign guise of "protecting" the public. Where have we heard that before?

The government has NO BUSINESS interfering or attempting to control farming methodologies, or what choices farmers make for seed or fertilizer or any other aspect of farming or distribution. Period.

This bill was introduced in the House last year by Connecticut democrat Rosa L. DeLauro, but it was stalled in committee and went no further. This year, her pals in Big Agriculture got her to front the bill again, but this time they got an additional 29 NWO sell-outs to join her in sponsorship (curiously, the House sponsorship adds up to exactly 30 sell-outs, the same number of silver coins collected by Judas Iscariot when he betrayed Christ to the Romans)

Rosa is big on the government taking control of everything in your life. She worked tirelessly to stump for illegal alien Barry Soetoro to be fraudulently elected president and then jumped right in with both feet to vote for the "stimulus" taxpayer rip-off "package". She now hopes to get universal health care passed this time around as well, since Rockefeller's Chosen Son is now there to front the socialist/communist propaganda party line for him, right along with Billary.


Rosa has a long history of "helping" people. She has worked for and with Illuminated sell-out Christopher Dodd for many years and essentially learned that to snooker the pulbic into accepting communism dressed up as government sponsored legislation, you have to repeatedly drive home the Tavistock-selling buzz words of the "need" for "protection" and "caring" and "concern" for the "disadvantaged" and the "underprivledged" who have been "disenfranchised" from the American Dream and similar stock sound-byte propaganda phrases.

She learned well from Dodd, who you may remember was very passionate on television in selling the 850 billion Wall Street Bailout "package" to the American public with his ardent "concern" that AIG or Fannie May or Freddie MAC, etc. etc., are TOO BIG and TOO IMPORTANT to the 'credit markets' and the " health" of the American economy to be allowed to go under, blah, blah, blah.

Having lived in Connecticut for a time, I know how much of a haven it is for special money interests like the insurance or banking industires, but also for communist ideology which thrive in Illuminated watering holes like Yale University, the home of Skull & Bones, located in Rosa's hometown of New Haven, Connecticut.

Rosa, like her colleagues who sponsored this outrage and affront to the liberty of the American people, sorely needs to face a new challenge in her life; a Recall. Perhaps some interested patriots reading this missive might want to see what's involved in getting one off the ground.

Pay special attention to

* Section 3 which is the definitions portion of the bill-read in it’s entirety.
* section 103, 206 and 207- read in its entirety.


What it Does:

* Legally binds state agriculture departments to enforce federal guidelines effectively taking away the states power to do anything other than being food police for the federal government.
* Effectively criminalizes organic farming, but doesn’t actually use the word 'organic.'
* Affects anyone growing food, even if they are not selling it but consuming it.
* Affects anyone producing meat of any kind including wild game.
* Legislation is so broad based that every aspect of growing or producing food can be made illegal. There are no specifics, which is bizarre considering how long the legislation is.
* Section 103 is almost entirely about the administrative aspect of the legislation. It will allow the appointing of officials from the factory farming corporations and lobbyists and classify them as experts and allow them to determine and interpret the legislation. Who do you think they are going to side with?
* Section 206 defines what will be considered a 'food production facility' and what will be enforced upon all food production facilities. The wording is so broad based that a backyard gardener could be fined and more.
* Section 207 requires that the state’s Agriculture department act as the food police and enforce the federal requirements. This takes away the states power and is in violation of the 10th amendment.
