Mysterious Letter Alleges Serious Corruption In Milford

The following letter arrived to my mailbox late last night. It is included as is in its entirety for public review. While I am still looking into the facts of these serious allegations the general public is free to do their own research to authenticate its authenticity.

The letter was mailed and postmarked from Hartford so we suspect it may have originated from one our state representatives, or someone local who works in Hartford. The documents were scanned and included below in high resolution. If you have difficulty reading it double click the photo and it will expand to a larger size.         One of the responsibilities the New Superintendent will be insurance dealings. The city of Milford historically has dealt with and continues to deal with ANON. Anon was accused of steering Insurance contracts and was criminally charged by the CT Attorney General. In a letter dated March 4, 2005 Richard Blumenthal announced that ANON has agreed to pay $190 Million dollars in restitution to its victims. (Milford being one of them.)

This issue was repeated in the CT Post in an article dated July 25, 2010, and reprinted on May 21, 2011. The local insurance agents who work and live in Milford have expressed serious concern over the lack of judgement in dealing with ANON and on numerous occasion asked the city of Milford to discontinue their relationship with them. Most well governed cities have discontinued their relationship after the state probe. Milford has not, nor have they given a valid reason for why our city needs to enable those unethical companies who wrongfully exploit local taxpayers. This period of wrong doing was all under the Mayor's, and Feser's new Hiree's watch. We could only hope and pray that Feser is being lied to or used and manipulated for their own gain. Feser appears to be getting in a lot of trouble real fast.

Rosa Delauro Irks Many In Milford

Sad but true, nearly a year has gone by and the only memory of a photo that I have of our illustrious Congresswoman is a lone photo of her eating lobster at a lobster fest in Milford.

Aside from her penchant for natural food, In years past and still currently I have been upset with her "food safety and modernization act." This is because it is my opinion that this act has nothing to do with food safety and all to do with handing over the family farm to big corporations. Anyone with any knowledge about this issue should be keenly aware of her husbands relationship with Monsanto foods and how it benefits them to do Monsanto's bidding.

For those who do not know Monsanto that is the company that genetically vandalizes the DNA of food and then patents the food so no one can grow it or profit from things like corn, soybeans, potato's etc. In years past they have sued family farmers over the wind cross germinating farmers fields.

Lets also not forget that as we were riding in coach while on vacation this summer, Rosa left for Italy with Speaker Pelosi on a flight that cost taxpayers over $200,000.00. This "Business trip" included visiting the Vatican, lots of Museums, sight seeing and yes the occasional cognac and steak dinner with a famous politician.

Your blood should be boiling by now, but if its not let me remind you all of one more thing, her refusal to hold bankers accountable in Congress. While two Congressmen from CT were co-sponsoring the bill to audit the Federal Reserve, Derosa sided with former Golman Sachs executive Jim Himes in opposing the bill. She did this quietly since over 312 or most of Congress co-sponsored the bill without her. This should leave you wondering how her loyalty to bankers are in lockstep with those of Chris Dodd. Dodd made it clear by his resignation that he would rather quit the U.S. Senate than hold the very thieves who wrecked America Accountable.

Rosa Delauro's misguided leadership is one boondoggle of disrespect after the other, if she is not out in East Haven battling their local police department for arresting the nutty behavior of April Capone Almon, she is out fraternizing over some other feminist escapade that has nothing to do with the key issues facing America.

This week and in the photo above we witness again our incorrigible Congresswoman in yet another Feminist posture with her wildly unpopular travel buddy, Speaker Nancy Pelosi. During this widely protested and unwelcome visit to Connecticut Rosa made a point yet again to push her personal agenda while ignoring the wishes of her constituents who are rightfully upset with our nations Speaker.

UI Wants Ratepayers To Fund 80 Million Dollar "Taj Mahal" In Orange

Although only about a dozen people attended an aldermanic hearing Thursday night on United Illuminating’s planned move to Orange from downtown New Haven, state Attorney General Richard Blumenthal said afterward, “The battle has only begun.”

Blumenthal, who arrived after the hour-long session had adjourned, said he believes there’s “a strong chance” the state Department of Public Utility Control can be persuaded to force UI not to use any rate-payer money to fund its move to Orange.

“This effectively will stop the project,” Blumenthal said. “Because then UI would have to pay for its (new) headquarters out of shareholder funds, and they apparently have no intention of doing so.”

In his written statement, Blumenthal said, “UI’s plan for a corporate office in a Taj Mahal costing in excess of $80 million is an outrage. Rate-payers should be spared this monument to corporate greed.”

UI executives declined an invitation from Alderman Carl Goldfield, D-29, to attend Thursday’s public hearing. Alderman Roland Lemar, D-9, said the fact the public knew this before the session probably hurt attendance.

Goldfield announced at the hearing’s outset that UI representatives had asked for a private meeting with the aldermen.

“I told them that whatever they have to say to us, they should say in public,” Goldfield added.

Insead of appearing at the hearing, UI CEO Anthony Vallillo sent the aldermen a letter defending the company’s decision to consolidate six separate locations into one central facility in Orange.

“UI management is confident this is a prudent business decision and that the move to Orange is in the best interests of all UI customers,” Vallillo wrote. “The move will help UI operate more efficiently and will save customers money in the long run.”

Vallillo estimated the consolidation will save UI customers $25 million over 20 years. “All of these savings flow to all of our customers.”

But Goldfield said Vallillo was “misjudging costs” of the move and Lemar said the letter contained “half-truths and falsified information.”

Lemar charged the move “will ultimately raise rates.” He said it would also be economically damaging to downtown New Haven because 500 UI workers would move out, hurting other city businesses.

Lemar said the move would also increase air pollution because of added traffic on I-95 and make it more difficult for lower-income UI employees to get to work, given the lack of mass transit serving Orange.

Frank Panzarella of the group Fight the Hike told aldermen that “making a big buck” was motivating UI to move to Orange. He said UI is abandoning its role as a corporate citizen responsible to consumers.

Goldfield later addressed another issue: UI’s sale nine years ago of the polluted English Station power plant in New Haven. “We’re looking into a possible lawsuit against UI; can they just turn their back and move on?”

Alderman Mordechai Sandman, D-28, said, “The original polluter (UI) takes ultimate responsibility for the clean-up.”

Rosa Delauro Introduces Bill To Destroy The Family Farm

It is also noteworthy that Rosa Delauro's husband is a Monsanto executive. The destruction of the family farm will reap big rewards for monsanto. Please Call Rosa Delauro and tell her you object to this bill.

Representative Jim Himes disagrees on at least one point and said that to his knowledge: "Rosa's husband does not currently work for Monsanto, however he will vote against Delauro's bill believing it to infact be problematic to organic and family farmers and not getting the benefits he believes are advertised."

These bills need to be examined closely and scrutinized by the public. The public must act quickly, as they are attempting to ram these bills through without debate or discussion. The wording in too many provisions of these bills are simply too VAGUE and open the door WIDE for some government bureaucrat on the state of federal level to decide what farmers can or cannot use to grow food, and how that food will be handled--all under the benign guise of "protecting" the public. Where have we heard that before?

The government has NO BUSINESS interfering or attempting to control farming methodologies, or what choices farmers make for seed or fertilizer or any other aspect of farming or distribution. Period.

This bill was introduced in the House last year by Connecticut democrat Rosa L. DeLauro, but it was stalled in committee and went no further. This year, her pals in Big Agriculture got her to front the bill again, but this time they got an additional 29 NWO sell-outs to join her in sponsorship (curiously, the House sponsorship adds up to exactly 30 sell-outs, the same number of silver coins collected by Judas Iscariot when he betrayed Christ to the Romans)

Rosa is big on the government taking control of everything in your life. She worked tirelessly to stump for illegal alien Barry Soetoro to be fraudulently elected president and then jumped right in with both feet to vote for the "stimulus" taxpayer rip-off "package". She now hopes to get universal health care passed this time around as well, since Rockefeller's Chosen Son is now there to front the socialist/communist propaganda party line for him, right along with Billary.


Rosa has a long history of "helping" people. She has worked for and with Illuminated sell-out Christopher Dodd for many years and essentially learned that to snooker the pulbic into accepting communism dressed up as government sponsored legislation, you have to repeatedly drive home the Tavistock-selling buzz words of the "need" for "protection" and "caring" and "concern" for the "disadvantaged" and the "underprivledged" who have been "disenfranchised" from the American Dream and similar stock sound-byte propaganda phrases.

She learned well from Dodd, who you may remember was very passionate on television in selling the 850 billion Wall Street Bailout "package" to the American public with his ardent "concern" that AIG or Fannie May or Freddie MAC, etc. etc., are TOO BIG and TOO IMPORTANT to the 'credit markets' and the " health" of the American economy to be allowed to go under, blah, blah, blah.

Having lived in Connecticut for a time, I know how much of a haven it is for special money interests like the insurance or banking industires, but also for communist ideology which thrive in Illuminated watering holes like Yale University, the home of Skull & Bones, located in Rosa's hometown of New Haven, Connecticut.

Rosa, like her colleagues who sponsored this outrage and affront to the liberty of the American people, sorely needs to face a new challenge in her life; a Recall. Perhaps some interested patriots reading this missive might want to see what's involved in getting one off the ground.

Pay special attention to

* Section 3 which is the definitions portion of the bill-read in it’s entirety.
* section 103, 206 and 207- read in its entirety.


What it Does:

* Legally binds state agriculture departments to enforce federal guidelines effectively taking away the states power to do anything other than being food police for the federal government.
* Effectively criminalizes organic farming, but doesn’t actually use the word 'organic.'
* Affects anyone growing food, even if they are not selling it but consuming it.
* Affects anyone producing meat of any kind including wild game.
* Legislation is so broad based that every aspect of growing or producing food can be made illegal. There are no specifics, which is bizarre considering how long the legislation is.
* Section 103 is almost entirely about the administrative aspect of the legislation. It will allow the appointing of officials from the factory farming corporations and lobbyists and classify them as experts and allow them to determine and interpret the legislation. Who do you think they are going to side with?
* Section 206 defines what will be considered a 'food production facility' and what will be enforced upon all food production facilities. The wording is so broad based that a backyard gardener could be fined and more.
* Section 207 requires that the state’s Agriculture department act as the food police and enforce the federal requirements. This takes away the states power and is in violation of the 10th amendment.

Jim Amann Gets "Hooked Up" With Controversial New Job.

Just when many Amman objectors thought "good riddance" to the former Speakers departure from politics a new surprise today. The Connecticut Post announced that the Speaker may have all along confirmed many suspicions and conspired against his colleagues in Hartford by using his former post for personal gain via a shady side deal.

The jaw dropping announcement puts current Speaker Donovan in an "unholy relationship" with his new consultant Jim Amann. While he may think he unwittingly outwitted and outflanked the ethics of his office, many of his colleagues, including top ranking Republicans are speechless this week.

The money trail is clear, $39K as Speaker or $120K as a consultant to the new Speaker. Aside from the fact that this denotes the epitome of Cronyism in the "N-Th" degree I would suggest we remember that Jim has always been at odds with his critics, including some Democrats who drove a hearse to Milford city hall to protest his run for governor.

To remember the past, he involved himself with a criminal gangster Joe Gentile as part of Hollywood East, an unproven debacle that is yet to produce more income than it depletes from our state in tax credits. That not being bad enough he also decided to openly and brazenly play the part of a gangster when he was caught on video speaking about "Crushing" his "Idiot" opponents.

What is even more disconcerting is that Jim still gets 60K out of the MS coffers as a salary for raising money. Some have suggested that donating to his MS charity resulted in favorable legislation. That alleged there is still more mainly the lucritive Three Million Dollar CEF Governor grant, money he may use to run for a Job he has no chance of winning. It is my opinion that he knows this, so the big question is what will happen to this cash, how will it be spent and whose hands will it fall into. Could it be Donovan for helping him out with a high paying job?

Jim may be well on his way for setting himself up for the same criticism that ultimately led to the demise of the John Rowland Administration. Aside from the irregular nature and harsh criticism that his business dealings have drawn he has now proven to the academic community that education is not important in the way of political success, after all a college drop out can become a house Speaker as well as gain employment in a 120K job formerly set aside for true experts with years of study in many disciplines.

Some people, I have spoke with, indicated that Amann has always lacked the mathematical and accounting skills necessary to even understand the states fiscal picture. This criticism came center stage when Jim bilked the taxpayers of $50,000 because a scaffold was in the way of his party spot at the capitol.

Connecticut now mired with billions in debt will be advising our new Speaker on a subject he cannot explain beyond a few simple words. Jim is investing his popularity and charm at the expense of the good people of Connecticut.

For those who are not yet bothered it is important to point out that there is now a real cause for concern. Concern emanating from the effects of the Amann aggregate to the current rampant cronyism. This is surely to stand in the way of true qualified experts dedicated to scientifically fixing the states problems. Connecticut is rich with many talented people, brilliant in the understanding of practices and principles of macroeconomics, taxpayer relations, and balancing budgets.

When states fail to step up the plate and enact the practice of "hooking up their friends" with "sweet jobs" we fall victim to the crippling effects of failing government by way of crippling budget deficits like the ones we see now. These budget deficits are growing every minute of every day and if you wonder where this all leads just read this article it is frightening.

It is all too sad to quote.

Seniors Fume Over Crumbling Wall

Some residents at Baldwin Station in Milford are very upset over the retaining wall built behind five homes. After personally visiting the site, and talking with those affected, a very upsetting story emerged.

Residents indicated that the city was given plans to construct the wall according to building code as approved by the building department. During and upon completion of the project the city of Milford sent out inspectors who approved the work of the contractor. A few short years later the earth induced tremors by the passing locomotives, whose tracks rest above the retaining wall, caused several landslides. One such landslide cracked the foundation of a home, while another crushed a drainage pipe creating water and flooding issues.

Jim Amann was supposed to have a meeting with AG Blumenthal and the Baldwin Station Association, now cancelled, to assist the residents receive a resolution to what is now a potentially litigious problem. One such resident said "that until this problem is fixed I will never be able to sell this house ever, believe me I know I have been a realtor for 20 years and can tell you no one will want to deal with this serious of a problem."

The problem still remains unresolved and is a hotly debated issue, because the builder, in the opinion of the residents, is culpable as the wall was built wrong. However, others feel the city is culpable because they approved the builders work. In either case neither the city nor the contractor wish to pay the needed one million dollars to rectify this problem and two million remains in an escrow account.

Complicating matters further the seniors at Baldwin Station already strapped for cash and concerned about the cost of living, are not prepared to shell out any more money on attorneys to get a resolution.

While this is clearly not the fault of the five homeowners who live on the edge of a falling rock zone, they continue to suffer at the hands of a sad bureaucratic system that knows no accountability, has no plan, and continues to evade any responsibility to the safety and well being of the elderly persons who live in fear of falling rocks.

Our city and state leaders need to step up to the plate and assist these homeowners in having this problem fixed before its continued erosion impedes the trains ability to travel over the wall safely. Hopefully action will be taken sooner than later.

United Illuminatings 3Q Profits up 75%

Today was the day I left my office to pay my electric bill at ShopRite on Cherry Street. While I was there it was an opportunity to speak to the desk clerk about local citizens, and business owners. They were kind enough to share their experiences with the power struggle in CT.

The clerk told me that activity at the desk was higher than usual in the last year with more people paying their bill partially. This is consistent with the UI conference call that indicates their "Uncollected Recievables" to be higher.

Despite our personal energy struggles here in town, these higher rates have been great news for UI this third quarter. Even with the UI executives commenting on a warmer winter so far this year over last their per share jump grew by a whopping 75%. Most of these executives focused their time down playing this profit and redirected their conversation to all their liabilities of which include their Milford pollution project of a new power plant part of a 700 Million dollar upgrade in conjunction with Energy Inc. In other words it appears they they are "cooking the books" to hide their shameful 75% profit increase.

Gov. Rell indicated that CT has had its power nearly double over the last 7 years, and the massive UI conglomerate continues to aggressively pursue generation in CT. The DPUC on June 1st 08, is set to rule on the approval of this project, and yet there is still no comment on how these plants are going to produce energy. My concern is that if these projects, like the Norwalk Project now half done is going to be a gas based project.

The North East barely has enough gas to fuel our basic needs let alone power generation. If the construction of these "peak energy" plants, (of which I believe are just a ruse to take advantage of CT's outrageous electric costs) is going to burn natural gas than we will have more of a compelling reason for the construction of a massive LNG nightmare.

UI must be confronted on this as should be Jim Amann who opposed the "Windfall Profits Tax" that Blumenthal proposed. Milford residents keep getting betrayed on energy by politicians like Amann who continue to tell us one thing while deciding in favor of big corporations. Call Jim Amann and voice your opposition to the Milford power plant and the LNG that will soon be associated with it in our sound. Demand the implementation of the "Windfall profits tax."
