Warren Mosler Right On The Money

Warren is a brilliant economist, at first I doubted his wisdom because it has all the attributes of a cruel paradox. Then I realized that Warren is spot on. Our deficit does not matter because it has "NO VALUE" our Dollar is nothing more than paper and ink and our debt could be eliminated by losing electricity and having those computer digits die in the circuits that created them.

Money is nothing more than a tool to allow our government to exchange something of no value (Paper and Ink) for something that has value your goods and services of which the government wants. The purpose of the Fiat monetary system is to use the money supply M3 as a counterweight to the demand for money of which the government can create at will with the stroke of a computer number pad.

Some believe that this is immoral, because they (like me) object to the Government (possibly corrupt) having absolute control and power over money creation, especially when that money is used as a means to expand the government with impunity over the rights and will of the people. Some feel that having a bit of a monetary challenge to the government would be good for our republic, or in other words require the government to have money backed by something of value like a commodoty of sorts. This will guarantee that the people of America will also benefit from new money creation not just the swiss press and paper & ink industry.

Pesonally I believe and have confidence that Warren can make the current FIAT system work and I agree with Ron Paul that our government (through its incompetence) should be forbidden from abusing the currency through erratic inflation, deflation and its induced economic booms and busts like we are experiencing now.

I think Warren is one of the only people I know that can restore balance to our economic system that deperately needs to be "papered over" properly. If any of you are worried about your money being worth anything remember that you can buy Gold, Silver or some other rapidly appreciating commodoty you need not be "Papered up" yourseves. The wealthy elite do this frequently because they (unlike the masses) know (and laugh at) paper money when regarded as something of value. To them it is little more than a permission slip or for lack of a better description "casino points or credits" that can be used for merchandise.

Warren has also indicated that the IRS places so little importance on cash as money that if you dare pay your taxes in cash, they will carefully count it, give you credit (a reciept), and after you leave drop the entire pile in their shredder. Those shreds are then happily resold to tourists visiting Washington D.C.

Gubernatorial candidate Tom Marsh and other leaders of the Independent Party will hold a press conference on Tuesday, July 20 at 3pm on the north steps of the State Capitol Building in Hartford, Connecticut to announce the submission of 11,000 signatures to place a statewide slate of candidates on the ballot in the general election in November 2010. 7,500 validated signatures of Connecticut registered voters are required by state law.

Mike Telesca, State Agent for The Independent Party and Waterbury Town Chairman will introduce Governor candidate Tom Marsh and his running mate, Lt. Governor candidate Cicero Booker Jr., and two candidates seeking the nomination of the Independent Party for U.S. Senate, Dr. John Mertens and Warren Mosler, will also speak along with other candidates in attendance.

Tom Marsh Vision Stirs Up Gubernatorial Race

Waging an independent campaign for governor, Tom Marsh doesn't have access to the funding, volunteers and other resources routinely available to major party candidates.

But the Chester first selectman, who abandoned his bid for the GOP nomination three months ago, said there's one advantage to not having to woo party insiders: He can tell voters the truth about the largest budget deficit in state history.

"You have to adhere to the party rhetoric in order to get the attention of the rabid followers, and that's who makes up the town committees," Marsh said in an interview last week. "I don't think the solutions to the state's problems are going to be found in either party's rhetoric, yet that's the system we have here."

For Marsh, running as the candidate of the Independent Party of Connecticut frees him to talk about solutions he's convinced will infuriate hard-core Democrats or Republicans - and in a few cases both.

It means a higher tax burden, including higher rates for the rich and a modest new contribution from the poor, as well a repeal of some of the myriad tax credits and exemptions for special interests.

Letter Exposes Kimball Report (KRIT) Not Implemented As Prescribed

Dear [Board of Aldermen Members]

As elected current and former representatives of our communities, with more than 20 years between us serving the City of Milford as Planning and Zoning Board Commissioners, we know that what you do is important, difficult and at times, unfortunately, thankless. Please know, therefore, that our speaking out regarding the newly formed Department of Permitting and Land Use reflect genuine concerns regarding the re-alignment of the land use departments, and these concerns, expressed to your board before, reflect the views of many in our community.

As you know, this new department, formed by the Kimball Report Implementation Team, is a new item in the 2011 budget currently being reviewed by your board. This department was formed by the merging of three departments—Building, Inland Wetlands, and City Planning—into one department. The proposed budget reflects the cost of running those three departments and the salary of a new position, Director of the Department of Permitting and Land Use.

Comparing the budget request for this new department with the individual budgets for the once independent departments for FY 2010, shows that there is an 11% budget increase projected; this increase is comprised, in large part, of the salary for the Director. (Salaries for all three departments in FY 2010: $830,229 and the Mayor’s request is $934,385 for FY 2010). The total budget for these three departments: $892,752 FY 2010/$1,001,690 FY 2011. This increase does not include the cost of the Parsons remodel to accommodate the merging of the 3 departments which has been suggested to be $145,000. Part of the funding for this redesign and renovation is being funded through LOCIP Funds.

The increase – the largest for any City department – represents a stark departure from the intention of the Kimball Report which was initiated by the Board of Alderman and paid for from City Funds. In that report many recommendations were made to enhance the permitting process thereby ensuring better and more efficient customer service. Among the recommendations: Implementation of enhanced software; utilization of the City of Milford website; signage for Parsons Complex and a new staffing position, described in the report as a Permitting Authority or a concierge.

What the City has now is a position budgeted for a permanent Director of the Department of Permitting and Land Use who, according to the recently posted job description, has authority over three departments and professional staff, yet that position, paying $95,000 year, requires no land use experience, professional certification of any kind or post-high school education. During the almost 6 months that the interim Director has served the City, the operations of the three departments have remained pretty much the same; if anything the departments have less available resources than before this change was implemented in November of 2009. This was brought into stark clarity during your most recent budget hearing: the overtime costs for these departments remain as they were, and not only has overtime costs continued during the past 6 months, but staffing shortages are projected at the same level for all of 2011. As you know a key staff position (the Zoning Enforcement Officer) in the City Planning office remains unfilled, and a building inspector position in the building department has been removed from this year’s budget.

In short, the City is currently paying $95,000 for a position that has not alleviated staffing shortages as the Director of the Department of Permitting and Land Use testified to during the budget hearings.

What the City wanted with the hiring of an outside firm to review the permitting processes in the City was a plan for addressing the concerns of developers and residents who found working with the various departments difficult and confusing. But, the implementation of that plan has brought about little or no savings to the City and the key recommendations of the Kimball Report remain unfulfilled. But, more importantly, the cost for a Director overseeing professional staff has in fact made it impossible for these departments to be fully staffed and deprived these offices of some technical upgrades that were recommended and are necessary to expedite the permitting process.

As your board makes decisions on the budget, you are, as in good years and not-so-good years, left to make decisions about what is working and what is not as well setting the priorities of the City. Everyone has their own view; however, the cost to the City of a regular, full-time employee (including benefit package that will add at a minimum 10% additional cost for the position) overseeing the professional staff of three departments seems a very high price to pay when the City is cutting teachers or decreasing funding in other City departments or services. What makes the Director of Permitting and Land Use more important than preserving certain teaching positions?

In the case of the Director’s position, the City has had almost 6 months to review the progress of the changes envisioned by the implementation team, and the benefits to the City that that position has brought. We don’t believe that a fair and impartial look at what was envisioned by the Kimball Report and what has been delivered meets the vision of Kimball nor does it come close to satisfying the needs of the City.

The City needs to get the most value for their taxpayer’s money. We believe that if a position such as this is added to the City budget, this position should increase departmental efficiencies by providing customer service through a one-stop concierge service as envisioned in the Kimball Report. Further, as outlined in that report, providing customer service through development of internet tools that assist permit seekers with accurate information would go a long way to decreasing individual visits to various Land Use offices. Moreover, planned GIS upgrades—previously partially budgeted—should be implemented and inter-departmental information flow enhanced through electronic upgrades; all of which would allow professional staff to focus on their core jobs rather than attending to the myriad of questions and frustrations that arise everyday and could be handled by a mid-level employee. These affordable changes will help decrease overtime costs while providing builders and residents with quality and prompt information.

In addition to the known added costs of this implementation, there is also the unknown impact of pending grievances by union administrators. It would seem mandatory that this be dealt with before any position is funded.

We believe, that the City does not need to hire a permanent Director. However, if deemed necessary, that a job description be more in line with the goals set forth in Kimball—a mid-salary position where the duties emphasize the customer service aspect that is at the heart of the Kimball Report. Moreover, interdepartmental and extra-departmental communication needs to be enhanced through electronic upgrades that allow information to be shared across departments as well as providing basic land use information on the Milford City website.

An alternative scenario: “pause” further action and concentrate solely on the technology

up-grades; if necessary a tech consultant hired with oversight provided by a city administrator. At the end of the next fiscal year evaluate the need for any further change.

It doesn't make sense to us for the Board of Alderman to be looking at cutting overtime, consolidating copier costs and looking into cheaper ways to publicize announcements among the three departments without giving very serious consideration to the thousands and thousands of dollars the City is spending—and will continue to spend year after year—for a position that is not, in its present form, able to provide the full range of customer service objectives and departmental efficiencies that were the objectives of the City’s own funded report.

Please know that we understand the enormous responsibility you have and we hope you understand the value we place on your service to the City. We hope that with the understanding that we are all working together for a better Milford, that you consider our concerns and suggestions seriously."

118Th Seat Challenged By Independent Party

Independent Party Town Committee Chairman Rocco Frank announced recently that he will run for the 118th District House seat this fall on a platform of protecting the Bill of Rights and increasing state funding for schools.

Rep. Barbara Lambert, D-Milford, is not running for re-election in the district. Frank ran against her and Republican Nanci Seltzer in 2008 for the seat after former House Speaker James A. Amann opted not to run again.

Frank said recently that his previous campaign experience showed him that voters wanted an alternative to Democrats and Republicans.

Rasmusen Poll Reveals Early Gubernatorial Leaders

The following statistics are being reported by CTBOB on the Connecticut Governors race. Bob has reported the following at his blog www.ctbob.blogspot.com.

"On Wednesday Rasmussen published the results of a telephone poll of 500 likely voters in Connecticut, and here's the results:

Ned Lamont (D) 42

Dan Malloy also has a lead, although slightly smaller, over Foley:

Margin of error is 4.5%, putting the two Democratic candidates in a theoretical dead heat over Foley. The last Rasmussen poll, from April 1st, showed Foley with a slight lead over both Lamont and Malloy.

The general consensus among bloggers I've talked with is that Rasmussen slants somewhat conservative, because telephone polls typically are limited to calls to people who own land-line phones. A larger percentage of young people and college-age students only have a cell phone. So for the sake of argument, you can probably figure there's at least a several percent older (and thus more likely conservative) demographic being polled."

To add to this statement by CTBob I would like to add that the nature of this years election will require the winner of the Gubernatorial race to deal with the impact of the global fiasco and the 1.6 Quadrillion in worldwide derivative failures. The future economy of CT will be one that requires our new Governor to return our state to its farming roots amid an emerging Fascist philosophy.

Once the stimulus dollars run out, (I.E. extended unemployment, 40 Million people on Food Stamps, $8,500.00 home buyer credits, $4,500.00 cash for clunkers, on the job training programs and bail out after bailout for Banks, automakers, etc. etc..) Milford will be "put out to pasture" along with every other town in the state of Connecticut. We need a truly miraculous Governor I pray that we get one.

Huge Fire Destroys Several Homes At Wildemere Beach

Last night at roughly 2:30A.M. neighbors frantically called 911 to report a burning house next door to them. By 3:00A.M neighbors claim the house was completely engulfed in flames, and ignited two additional nearby houses.

This evening I questioned firefighters at the scene as to what the cause of the fire was, the only answer they could give was that the "fire was still under investigation." At the scene 4:00P.M. this evening were the State Police Investigation Unit, the Fire Marshall, Insurance Adjusters, and local Milford Police officers.

While authorities were mum on the fire, dislocated citizens were quick to blame the Milford Fire Department for "taking over 25 Minutes to arrive" the person living in the white house in the photo below said that "had the Milford Fire department arrived sooner, the disaster that is now in plain sight would have been limited to the abandoned house only." He claims that "Three phone calls were by himself and neighbors before they arrived."

The house where the fire started he said was "boarded up, it had no water, no electric, and no utilities. Often the plywood would be torn from the rear door and homeless people or vandals may have been illegally entering the house."

Thankfully, there was no loss of life and according to early news reports 11 people have taken shelter across the street at St. Gabriel's Church. Residents at the moment are concerned over the security of their belongings in some of the less damaged areas of their former homes. The damaged buildings were still very accessible as of this evening and measures were being discussed to allow local displaced residents back into their homes to reclaim any belongings if deemed safe to do so.

While there was no official understanding as to who was responsible for the home that caught fire, some have claimed the house may have been a "Developer owned foreclosure."

The Ct Post reported "The two-family house at 38 Laurel Ave., where the fire started, was sold in December by Roland Ruby to developer Ronald Standish for $80,000, according to city land records. The two-family house at 42 Laurel Ave. is owned by John F. and Elysa Simpson, and has an appraised value--70 percent of its market value--of $219,880."



The above photo depicts the abandoned Milford home that burned to the ground. This was the abandoned home where witnesses said the fire started. Three homes behind this home also suffered severe heat damage to the side exposed to the fire.

The only info I don't have is the times the calls were made, but based on typical dispatch times for MFD, I'm confident there was no delay in dispatching the call.

When people are waiting for an emergency response, that 3 minutes can feel like 25 minutes.

As far as how fast the house burned, it was 4 am! People probably didn't even know it was on fire until it was almost fully involved. By they time the FD was notified and arrived, it was too late to save the initial structure and they abandoned that operation pretty quick to try save the exposures (adjacent structures).

Many of the displaced residents and neighbors kept saying in the news that there were kids and others that didn't belong there going in and out all the time, but how many reported it to the police?

Milford's Democratic Party boss Mike Brown, poses with the embattled Secretary of State Susan Bysiewicz. Susan is currently in a battle royal with the states courts who are preventing her from running for Richard Blumenthals position Attorney General.

The courts are upholding the law that in order to run for the AG post 10 years of experience as a licensed practicing Attorney are required. Ms. Bysiewicz failed to pay her fee to the state, and the state is arguing that because of that error she was a "non-practicing" attorney for those years.

After a series of difficult and embarrassing depositions, the "clock ticks" as the election approaches. Recent polls indicate that if the primary were held today Ms. Byczewits would win the AG bid for the Democratic party.

Helping those poll numbers is her work from three years back. Bysiewicz was involved in voter registration drives for the Democratic party. Many of the people she registered were qeustionable newly naturalized former illegal immigrants. Her push placed many new Democratic non-english speaking voters in the state of Connecticut that raised a fire storm of controversy.

It would appear that the same "loophole" that got her poll numbers up, also works for the states taxpayers and the "Rules of Law" we all live by. I suppose not wanting the law applied to her self is a shocking and "distasteful start" to seeking a post as CT's Attorney General.

Chester First Selectman Tom Marsh Visits Milford Independents

Chester is a model town in the state of Connecticut, and so is its very proud Republican Mayor Tom Marsh who has the honor of presiding over the states most desirable town. Tom Marsh is currently a Republican seeking the Independent Party nomination to run for Governor.

He attended this evenings Milford Independent Town Committee Meeting along with Dr. Mertens who is also seeking the party nomination for the U.S. Senate. Both Mertens and Marsh were this evenings guest speakers and each spoke as to their unique qualifications for public office.

Mertens indicated that he is "ready to fearlessly confront the nations challenges," and criticized the failed policies of the two party system. Mertens who is a Engineer and teacher by trade, called Obamacare "flawed and is disappointed with the bill in its current form" but has agreed that something has to be done about this nations troubled health system.

He said Obamacare is a "starting point" and it will need serious reform if it will work for the people of Connecticut. Mertens also agreed with Telesca that the 15 state lawsuits challenging Obamacares Constitutionality are good. He and Mike both believes that the courts will make a determination on whether or not the "Commerce Clause" is in fact an issue. Mertens is also sceptical about its legal defeat, as he is of the opinion that the bill may not be un-Constitutional enough to satisfy the courts legal standard.

Mike Telesca, a cancer survivor himself, stated that during his treatment he was faced with severe financial challenges. Telesca said that "the hospital was charging him upward of $20,000.00 a day.." He said "a decision had to be made and I left the hospital many times earlier than I should have so I welcome anything that reforms this system of care."

Tom Marsh, was asked about his vision for Connecticut and quickly pointed out that there is party gridlock in the state Capitol. The Republicans want to stop spending, and the Democrats are under the direction of the unions. Marsh said that the "Current Speaker of The House Chris Donovan has more in common with a labor representative than a representative of the people."

Marsh also criticized Rells leadership, citing that "Hartford has not had any solid leadership in many years." Running as an Independent now, he believes, is the right move, especially with civil unrest and the steady public outcry for change that continues to grow.

Marsh said that he believes Voters will soon realize that there needs to be a "third choice come November" and he is hoping that those disenfranchised voters will be more inclined to vote for him on the Independent line.

Mertens said that if "every person in Connecticut took take the time to read just the first page on my website I would be elected."

Help Protect Your Child Milford Masons Hosts CHIP Event

The CTCHIP program is a comprehensive child identification tool designed to give families a measure of protection against the ever increasing problem of missing children.The Connecticut Freemasons are bringing this fine program to communities throughout Connecticut at no cost to the families.

The Connecticut Freemasons Foundation working with other partnering organizations/agencies have upgraded CTCHIP equipment technology from VHS recording tapes to digital recording on mini-DVD-RAM discs as part of our ongoing commitment to children and families.This program will continue to be brought free of charge to every Connecticut family who wish to participate. This upgrade allows the re-packaging of the identifying items generated at CTCHIP Events into a smaller easy-to-carry and take-on-vacation "PURPLE PACK".

The Purple Pack includes a DVD Ram disk which has a video of your child and a still photo, your child's fingerprints, a dental impression and a dental swab.

To date the program has held over 350 CTCHIP events and has provided the parents of more than 40,000 children with identification packets. It is our sincerest hope that no family will need the resources provided in our packets, but if the need should arise, we believe the information contained in our "Purple Pack" will be instrumental to law enforcement agencies in recovery of missing children.

The Connecticut Freemasons schedule and bring this fine program to communities throughout Connecticut.

CTCHIP is a part of the National Masonichip network (www.masonichip.org) sponsored by the Conference of Grand Masters of Masons in North America. All identifying items generated at CTCHIP Events are placed in a "purple pack" and given to the parent or guardian to take home for safe keeping.

If their child becomes missing, the pack can then be provided to law enforcement to aid in recovery and identification. The Connecticut Freemasons keep nothing but the permission form signed by the parent prior to participation in the event.

Heavy Rain Postpones St. Patrick's Day Parade

With heavy rain expected Saturday, organizers of Milford’s St. Patrick’s Day Parade have decided to set a rain date — just in case it’s needed.

Marty Hardiman, parade co-chairman and grand marshal of this year’s parade, initially said there would be no rain date because all the parade units have been booked.

But as weather forecasts became more daunting, he decided that if rain is too heavy, the parade will be held Sunday, March 21, instead of tomorrow.

I95 In Milford Shut Down Since 2:00 A.M.

At 2:00 A.M. last night a big rig flipped over on the Moses Wheeler bridge in Devon. State Police and emergency personnel have the bridge closed while the accident is investigated and cleared.

Traffic is being rerouted over the Devon Bridge through Milford. Delays are expected for the next several hours until the truck is cleared and the bridge is re-opened. Two Foran High Students Die In Gulf Street Accident

Two people died Sunday afternoon after the car they were traveling in struck a telephone pole along Gulf Beach on Gulf Street.

Half of the car ended up on one side of the pole and the other half of the car on the other side of the pole after the accident that occurred shortly before 4 p.m. just across from the beach's fishing pier.

Police investigators were on the scene for hours and had the road blocked off for about a quarter mile from the entrance to the beach parking lot.

Here We Snow Again

Well the weather man said nothing to worry about it was all going to be just rain.... Well lets not get upset with the false prophesies of those who try to predict the future they do the best the can and besides they were somewhat correct because it rained all day yesterday.

The new forecast is snow until midnight on Sunday, and for those who are thinking you would rather be in Florida, well mom called this morning from Orlando and said its about 45% there this morning.

Looks like we all have to tough it out, get the snow shovel and wait a few more weeks or perhaps a month or so until Spring arrives. The photo is from my office, taken this morning at 10:30A.M. As you can see the roads are covered in snow, but mostly clear and not very slippery.

The kids are enjoying yet another day off from school, and I am having a slow and yet productive day at work.

Milford's Jim Amann Widraws From Race

Milford's Jim Amann has withdrawn from the race for Governor citing heavy competition from popular wealthy Democrats. Including in his words "Ned Lamont who has deep pockets." Amann alleges he cannot compete with the "personal finances" of many of the contenders.

Jim Amanns campaign was riding on the premise that the Citizens election campaign would provide him with 1.5 Million for a primary and another 3.0 Million to run for Governor.

The program was mired in problems that stemmed from a lawsuit that called the program unconstitutional. Last summer a a superior court judge named Underhill agreed and the program has been in a state of legal limbo ever since. Richard Blumenthal filed an appeal, but that appeal is expected to be heard this March and since legislators in Hartford have not acted in a favorable manner the program is expected to fail in its entirety.

Some key state legislators have already pointed out that millions of the the funds have already been redirected toward helping disadvantaged people in Social Services, calling helping the poor a higher priority than funding elections.

Governor Rell made her final plea last month to the state legislature during her State of the State address. She called upon both houses of government to rescue the belabored Citizens Election Program. Rell said that "we have worked tirelessly to limit the influence of special interests, saving public financing must be made an important priority moving forward."

Those words however are not being taken seriously because the number of candidates seeking public funding in the 2010 election cycle is significantly down. The main reason stems on the fact that there is no guarantee that candidates can be successful.

Snow Approaches Milford

The talk all around town today is the coming snow storm expected to drop 12-18 inches of snow on our lovely community. The snow has caused many people and stores to be unusually busy today as city dwellers anxiously get all their out of home errands and shopping taken care of.

Kids are looking forward to a possible day off from school, they would prefer a fun sledding and snow party instead of the usual books and science. The threat of snow was already made last week, and much to the chagrin of the towns kids it failed to materialize beyond New Jersey and school went on as usual.

This time the storm appears to coming without fail and the weather men are telling us that this time is for real. With that in mind I plan on working late this evening so in the event I, like others, cannot make it to work in morning all my business will be taken care of today.

Hopefully all those, who did not know about the coming snow will be ready for a fun filled day of shoveling, and digging out cars. Drive carefully, and get well rested tonight; for tomorrow we will all get a lot of exercise undoing the damage caused by mother nature and the snow plows.

INDEPENDENT PARTY IN MILFORD CT FORGES AHEAD WITH OFFICIAL TOWN COMITTEE

Milford Independents met last month with kindred spirit. Informal and fruitful discussions took place and a conclusion was made to forge ahead with the implementation and organizing of an official party.

A public gathering is now being called together by Independents Rocco J. Frank Jr., Dick Sieron and Steve Borer who also generously contributed to the expense of the upcoming gathering.

The purpose of the gathering is to agree on a set of by-laws, party leadership, and form an Independent Town Committee. A democratic approach will be used in order to adopt, and agree on a suggested set of by-laws that were provided by Mike Telesca and the CT Independent Party state central.

All people interested in participating in, and forming an Independent Town Committee must be registered with an Independent Party. Recognized qualifying parties are Independent, Milford Independent, Independent American, Independence, and American Independent parties.

The place of assembly will be at the meeting room located at Stonebridge Restaurant on Monday February 22 at 7:00 P.M.

People interested in running for an office must have their name appear on the Voter Registrar list as of Feb. 20, 2010. Party changing prior to the announced date is acceptable as long as a confirmation of party enrollment is provided. Unaffiliated voters may immediately enroll in an Independent party the night of the event. Voter registration forms and a concierge will be available onsite to assist newcomers with their registration.

Most Independents have called this gathering truly exciting and an indication of a monumental shift in the political landscape of Milford. Party insiders, organizers, and friends are looking forward to the balance, foresight, and insightful ideas to be offered by the Milford Independents who are proudly celebrating their third year in politics.

Busy Political Night In Milford

Tonight all three political parties in Milford are meeting in a manner that could be construed as steering committee of sorts. Select members of the Independent party will be having a small meeting at Cabo beginning 7:00P.M(Formerly Cancun Charlies), The Democrats will be having their meeting tonight with former Senatorial candidate Ned Lamont (now running for Governor). The Republicans are also meeting this evening and are actively engaged in their political discussions.

Of all political events listed, Lamont will certainly draw the largest crowd. He is already a very popular contender for Governor, and our own local Gubernatorial candidte Jim Amann indicated he will yield to Lamont's overwhelming popularity.

The Independent Party meeting at cabo is open to the public, and we will have our state chairman Mike Telesca from Waterbury CT in attendance. We will be having a few beers, and mingling with each other and the general public.
