Personal Note From Rocco J. Frank Jr.

Few people really know their elected leaders and officials personally. I will take no exception to the fact that my opponents are formidable candidates. As I understand it, they both are very active in local politics, but last election each chose not to run for the 118Th. This year with Barbara Lambert out they are interested in the job.

Personally, and having worked tirelessly in the last few years for the CT Independent Party, I am no stranger to politics. I am also a small business owner here in Milford, CT who understands the delicate balance between taxes and job creation. My company is called the ComputerFox and like many people here in Milford I provide a trade to the community of which supports my family, and my employees families.

My two children are currently both in High School and Middle School. My eldest step-daughter is just starting off her career as a teacher, and my youngest step-daughter attends Jonathan Law High School. I have a total of four children three girls and one boy. I have two wonderful children from my first marriage and I have two fantastic children with my current partner, who has dedicated her life to her family as a homemaker and a mother.

My father, Rocco J. Frank, Sr., is a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, who has lived and practiced in CT and Milford almost his entire career. My parents have, for over 2 decades, and still currently own and operate the Westport Animal Hospital. I have two brothers, one of which is also a Veterinarian, one sister, and a very large extended family.

Together we have lived in several CT towns, including Westport, Southport, and Milford, and I personally have lived in Hamden, & Berlin. I own ComputerFox stores in Milford, Norwalk, & Fairfield. My Fraternal lodge is in Stratford. With this mentioned it is safe for me to say I am no stranger to the local communities, people and politics of many Southern CT Municipalities.

Over the last five years I have also been active in several CT Masonic lodges in key leadership positions and have also been a member of the Milford Chamber of Commerce, the Fairfield Kiwanis Club and the Better Business Bureau. I am a past member of the International Narcotics Enforcement Officers Association as well a former Per Diem contractor for the state of CT as a Special Deputy Sheriff appointed by the then Elected High Sheriff Ed Mak.

My education and training are all local to the state of Connecticut, as I am a graduate of Fairfield University in Fairfield, CT, and have attended the CT School of Electronics (at the time) in West Haven, CT. My major in college was Political Science, and at CSE I studied Electronics. Currently I use my CSE post-graduation education in conjunction with my present career as the CEO of ComputerFox Stores.

My past political experiences are mostly in Republican politics, and over the last several years have been increasingly focused on what is best for our American Republic. I believe in ideas that preserve our individual freedom and pursuit of happiness and adamantly oppose a strong central government. My political beliefs do not limit me to a Republican party or Democratic party paradigm, but rather to the bigger ideal of what is American and Un-American. What is American to me is this great republic's Bill of Rights and the U.S. Constitution, both of which I vigorously defend against the paradox that has become the Republican and Democratic parties.

In the past I have had many strong ties to the Republican Party. I have served on, and in, many local political organizations and have taken part in many Republican Presidential and Gubernatorial campaigns. Today I view politics with far greater sadness, but yet maintain much more hope than many years ago. My party affiliation is Independent because I believe the people of Connecticut who are overwhelmingly Independent deserve an organized Independent Party. My agenda for CT is focused on the difficult task of building a future where government is "off our backs," and individual economic opportunity and affordability exists for all who are willing to embrace it.

My Independent colleagues and I invite you to join our ranks and grow with us here in Connecticut. Please E-Mail me or comment on the issues that face you and your family. I also invite you to stop into our 374 NH Ave. headquarters to sign our petitions or to volunteer to make a change. For this reason my campaign has adopted the phrase “Veritas Vos Liberabit ” or “The Truth Will Set You Free.” … and you all are welcome to join our chorus.

Candidate Milford State Representative 118Th District

Milford Republicans & Democrats Get Their Feathers Ruffled

This was a strong week of supportive articles for the Frank campaign, the most impressive being the one published today in the New Haven Register. Frank challenged the Register when they omitted his name, and like good quality journalism ought to be they responded with a new article acknowledging Rocco Frank as the front runner.

Frank who announced last august that he was running for state rep. is to date the only party endorsed candidate on the ballot. While both parties on the other hand are dealing with some major problems including their own strife in jockeying for their own party endorsements.

While their time is rapidly running out, and their candidates thus far appear to be very colorful, from Former Miss Connecticut, to local elected volunteers on the city council, Frank is marching toward community unity, and actively spending his days talking to local business owners, and encouraging the town youth to vote.

On the other hand the parties are demonstrating what appears to be concern over a three way race. According to today's Register article some feathers have been ruffled! The article states that no "final decision has been made. Smith said Frank has advocated for some “strange things” and he would think voters might have serious reservations about voting for him.

Republican Town Chairman Tom Jagodinski said Aldermanic Minority Leader Vincent Ditchkus Jr., R-3, and Alderwoman Judith Toohey, R-2, are interested in the seat, as are a few other unnamed candidates.

Jagodinski claimed even should Frank somehow win, he’d have a tough time working in Hartford and getting anything accomplished."

Frank has simply responded to this claim by saying, the parties are using the classic fear tactic of "the devil you know is better than the devil you don't know. I understand that change is a scary thing, but if we dare not try something new than the inhabitants of our town will continue to get the same old thing."

Frank trusts the intelligence of the very smart people of Milford to decide what they want for themselves, he has full faith and confidence in their ability to make a great decision on their own. Frank has called the remarks of the party bosses and or potential candidates as disappointing and expressive of their "ruffled feathers," perhaps "they think they own the parties, and elected positions are only exclusively reserved for their club members."

"In either case we will wait and see, and the voters will prevail with their choice of a candidate. I believe the voters will act as they always do and vote independently."

Rethinking Wall Street, The Federal Reserve Vs. "Laissez Fare" Economics.

John Maynard Keynes, Milton Friedman and Murray Rothbard, started this ongoing debate many years ago. Each argued the the merits and misery of two competing economic philosophies. "Laissez Fare" Economics is viewed as Libertarian in principle, because it begs the government to leave its hand out of the economy and trust business to flourish on its own.

The principle of "Laissez Fare" is an economic system that economically challenges people who are unwilling to work, are lazy or lack the basic self respect and pride needed in the furtherance of their life. It does not, however, allow for the rise of Fascist Oligarchs and Monopolies. In principle it leaves the running of our commerce to ourselves in a manner that ensures free and open trade with all nations.

Our current economic system as seen by the Federal Reserves intervention today was a display of unparalleled meddling, a desperate move to stop the volatile market decline on Wall Street. This interventionist policy takes the free choice out of the hands of people like you and I who have our own principles and ideas on commerce.

The Fed Funds Rate cut of .75% was amazing in calming the U.S. market, but was troubling for the U.S. dollar as those international nations who trade with us begged us not to cut the rate. Many nations already are burdened with dollars that become worth less every day, dollars some nations in Opec are refusing to accept.

There is an illusion going on that only a handful of people see, an illusion that magically keeps an appearance that our stock market losses are low. It does this with inflated dollars that are worth less. To put this into a simple perspective imagine you purchased a new car for $10,000.00 and after driving it for ten years you sell it for $12,000.00. You are under the illusion that you just made 20% on the sale of your car. What would you then do if you found out that $12,000.00 today only could purchase what $3,000.00 purchased ten years ago?

The math is simple, Inflation robbed you of $9,000.00 or 90% of the original purchase price. The real horror about inflation is that many Americans are becoming savvy of the Federal Reserves tricks. The Fed concerned about letting their inflation scam out of the bag, found a way not to include food and energy as part of their reported inflation figure. This is probably due to the negative and embarassing image image to the Fed that these wrecklessly inflated items represent. Thes Items, used most often by us, have artificially surged 10%-20% in price over the last year. You confusion over these "cooked books" is deliberate and amounts to nothing more than the science of aggregate Federal Grand Larceny of us the people.

To make things look even rosier our leaders enter America into treaties like NAFTA and GAFTA and Export our jobs and manufacturing to countries that have no labor unions, few human rights laws, and extreme poverty. We in turn are calmed into believing that these cheap toxic slave products is the true purchasing power of the dollar. Meanwhile inflation gets reported at an unbelievable 4.1% (Something to remember next time you buy a gallon of gas and milk.)

History always shows that in the end, the Federal Reserve Systems policy of creating money out of thin air fails, and fails hard. We have seen this in Germany with the Deuchmark and every other place on Earth where a policy of printing money for debt was ever undertaken.

Today's market volatility, is not over only delayed a while. Our country has made more debt and empty promises than it can afford to pay for. America is becoming a nation up for sale at the bargain price of desperation and failed economic policy. If we can recover from the horrific mistake of excessive debt, greed, broken promises, and our systematic attack on our right to exist as a nation, it will be several years of hardship gone by.

I personally believe that the Federal Reserve System has failed in its function and now is the time to press for a return to a "Laissez Fare" Economy with a sound monetary sytem.

CIA Agent Makes Death Bed Confession To His Son.

E. Howard Hunt worked for the CIA during the 60's. This was a turbulent time in history, and one of the closest the world has ever seen to a nuclear war with Russia. E. Howard Hunt was sworn to secrecy by the powers in charge and even suffered the loss of his wife in a crash that was deemed pilot error and also a dubious warning as to how far our government will go to ensure secrecy.

E. Howard Hunt has a son Saint John Hunt, and he asked him to bring a message to the world to finally put an end to the mystery surrounding the JFK Murder, and the reasons surrounding the decision, to not only end his life, but to place a more "hawkish" President in office; Lyndon Banes Johnson.

After hearing the testimony of Saint John Hunt it became clear to me that the CIA and JFK's Vice President LBJ had knowledge of the plot to kill Kennedy. The consensus was that with the world so dangerously close to global nuclear war that Kennedy would be a perilous and weak leader in the face of the Soviet threat. One of the concerns mentioned was the mishandling of the "bay of pigs" and his hesitation to call in the air force. According to the recorded confession of E. Howard Hunt the CIA and LBJ worked together to set up and neutralize JFK under the noble idea that he was a danger to our safety and security in America.

E. Howard Hunt admitted that he loved our country, and at the time of this CIA executive order there was a general and sincere urgency to act in the best interests of our nation. This decision was accompanied by a genuine internal fear over a possible nuclear war with Russia.

While I must admit that I was not yet born when Kennedy was murdered, I always found the lasting legacy of the mystery surrounding his death interesting. This latest story I believe gives those who were saddened by the death of JFK the most amount of closure yet.

The Kennedy family, who has received, too much loss in my opinion has yet to comment on this latest news. If any members of the general public, whom for years have always questioned the official government story would like more information, you may contact Saint John Hunt (The son of E. Howard Hunt.) He has posted an informative website with lots of information. His website link is: http://www.saintjohnhunt.com. Feel free to comment back.

Perhaps this Martin Luther King Day we can think about the senseless killing of another great leader. Martin Luther King had his life end at his hotel. He was senselessly shot by a sniper.

Economic Impact of Casinos

The great state of Connecticut has some of the largest casinos in the world, they enviously contribute to our state 400 million dollars in tax revenue each year. We are also told by our leaders that that amount is higher than what most other states get.

Casinos have told local communities that they are a positive contributor to the economy, and as far as I can tell from the early days they were. They created thousands of jobs, employed countless contractors and built magnificent spectacular displays of modern architecture in our state.

Casino's are advertised with star attractions, with big national names and celebrities from all four corners of the world. The stars are the attraction but the objective is for you to gamble along the way.

Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun each gross billions of dollars annually, and have each enjoyed a monopoly in our state for over a decade. This success has not come without its price, however. Bridgeport, and its associated Golden Pequosset Indians have fought hard and have continued to lose its battles in the wake of a competitive challenge from the state of CT and its vested interests from Foxwoods, and Mohegan Sun; Each vying to protect their interest. The Golden Pequossets have also threatened to reverse titles on countless properties in Fairfield county as a threat.

Yet this pales in comparison to negative effects of the dreaded and painful Gamblers Anonymous. The millions of people seduced by the serotonin high of winning money at the expense of others.

Casino's often try to ignore this type of bad press and dupe the public that they are somehow an industry, and that they will contribute to society in a health commercial way. While there is no way we can fully assess the economic impact on CT and its citizens I can say that casinos have not demonstrated much benefit to the local towns or CT, now already mired with over 18 billion in debt.

Casinos also do not not manufacture anything, contribute positively as they grow, or provide many respectable living wage jobs. Casinos are an industry that sells the illusion of chance, when in reality every brick, every window, every decoration in their palaces are built on the blood, sweat, and tears, of losers. This is hardly an industry worth nurturing as the "backbone" of a sound economy.

The historical model of casinos on local communities is more like what happened to Atlantic City where a once middle class community slid into greater poverty and a reduced standard of living for the local inhabitants. As the economy slips, the corruption of casinos may seek to expand in an effort to fix the problem they created. People are quick to propose and build casinos, because there is the illusion of riches and as state funds dry up and our state debt continues to rise, I get concerned that feeble minded legislators will see such a ploy as an opportunity to bring NY revenue into CT. The goal being to procure perhaps another 300 to 400 million in tax revenue.

Please read all the documented links in this diary today and know that this is only a short term fix with a devastating long term consequence that will ultimately deliver more misery to an already troubled state. It is the wrong direction.

Pentagon Patents May Contain The Solution To U.S. Oil Crisis

Whenever I hear mention of my agenda's UFO comment, it makes me laugh. It is a reminder of the "selective reception", and "selective perception" of some folks in the general public who think I am talking about reptilian creatures from Mars.

In my extensive agenda there is a one line mention that I am an avid supporter of the "Freedom of Information Act." even if that includes "outlandish things" like UFO's or Unidentified Flying objects, not "Martians or Aliens from space."

This is a position I took after learning about John F. Kennedy and his concern over political secrecy. JFK said that in order for a government to be trustworthy it needs to be "Transparent" and that "Secrecy is repugnant in a free society." This was also repeated by Eisenhower, and numerous other elected officials. Jimmy Carter also had a position and a belief on the subject of political secrecy.

Although my opinion is not exactly the same, I am against almost all secrecy in government. I am also a Mason of which is a secret society but unlike our government it is a open fraternity of which anyone can join. But I assure the general public that there is more concern to be had with the Secrecy of government agencies like the Federal Reserve System's monetary policy impacting our dollar value and our towns purchasing power.

This secrecy thing is nothing new, The Freedom of Information Act has revealed the truth about many important issues like Vietnam and the Gulf of Tonkin, The USS Liberty, The Atom Bomb, Human experimentation, etc.. etc..

I believe that if our government has technology that could end the global energy problem, or help stop global warming, than by all means they owe it to us by now. Even if that means calling on Skunkworks do develop a commercial application of a military energy patent.

For all you folks that may not know what this technology is, should remember that the SR71, and the F117 were both government UFO's until they decided to let us in on their secret. The same goes with the jet engine that has transformed global transportation.

I am of the opinion, that when these technologies are compared to what is buried in the Pentagons secret patent vaults, one will discover projects like the F117 are nothing more than emblematic "Tinker Toys" for our amusement.

I believe the government is suppressing technology and patents that could help with our energy independence, and for this reason alone I believe investigation, exposure and hopefully discovery will force debate on energy alternatives and fair patent laws that free us from the bondage of oil.

The craft depicted above was spotted thousands of times and is rumored (on the web) as being a government craft called the TR3B. The detail of this craft are unknown but countless photos attest to its existence as possibly a U.S. technology hopefully to be revealed soon.

Deadline Approaching to Support our Troops

There are several charities that are accepting Christmas gifts and donations of any sort to be sent to our troops oversea. The postal deadline for having any boxes shipped is this Monday. Thereafter there is no guarantee that your packages will arrive before the holidays.

There are some shipping changes this year that also need to be considered when sending your packages. The main change is that due to security reasons the DOD now requires that your deliveries be addressed to a specific individual. If anyone has any concerns about how to properly label your box then contacting a local VFW will get you the answers you need.

Our local VFW here in Milford can be contacted at (203) 874-9982 and are located at 422 Naugatuck Ave. The VFW also has its own program for supporting our troops overseas during the holidays and anyone taking up community or large donations of goods should contact the VFW to arrange for the proper delivery of those items to our troops.

As a final note I would like to thank all of our troops for their courage and support of each other while fighting on behalf of our country overseas. My heart is with every soldier and contractor who has been separated from their family this holiday season. My family and I pray each day for the safe return of all our soldiers. Happy holidays, and all the best wishes from the entire staff here at the Frank campaign.

The 2008 Youtube Presidential Debate

The Youtube Presidential debate last night was something new for me. The videos that were both creative animations, and questions were directed at the Republican candidates who then answered in a 90 second response. Rebuttal was allowed for up to 30 seconds on questions that challenged another contender.

The hot issue of the debate was Rudi Giuliani who was accused of misusing his security detail funds to engage in visits to his Long Island mistress while still married. The hotter and more contentious issue was on immigration where a sparring of words transpired between Romney and Giuliani over immigration.

Guiliani accused Romney of employing illegal immigrants at his mansion, while Romney called Guiliani soft on illegal immigration and went even further accusing Guiliani of making New York a magnet city for illegal immigrants.

Ron Paul the "dark horse" of the debate was given questions that in my opinion were nothing more than outrageous and not Germain to anything more than irrelevant esoteric topics that have not touted the true success of his candidacy.

To sum up this entire debate from my own opinion, I must point out that the majority of debacles were largely left untouched. There were no sufficient answers or questions on our failing health care system, failing economy, Katrina, California fires, and our loss of civil liberties due to the burgeoning threat and fear of terrorism. Most disappointingly not one question addressed a single problem caused by the lack of competent leadership under the present administration who has tripled the size of our government and racked up more debt than any administration in the history of the United States.

What was most disappointing about last nights youtube debate was the unprofessional manner in which Guiliani and Romney were allowed to double talk each other while Anderson Cooper just idly sat by as they both were talking at the same time. The manner in which CNN organized the questions of this debate, probably made, now blacklisted Dan Rather, glad he is out of the news business.

But Dan Rather and a host of his support sites, one in particular called rathergate.com has called the entire Youtube debate B.S. While Dan Rather feels he was the victim of backlash from the Bush Administration, the other great journalist and critic of the post 9/11 era is forever silentPeter Jennings dies of lung cancer.

The tragedy here, is that Anderson Cooper a young Vanderbilt, Grandson to the 2nd wealthiest person on earth and former CIA operative was in charge of our public opinion last night. The whole thing was very upsetting to me. The debate felt more like a CIA mind control event swayed toward the goals and objectives of Americas ruling Oligarchs.

America Dictatorship or Democratic Republic?

Author Naomi Wolf, has written another book and this one suggests that our great nation is on the abyss of collapse to dictatorship. Perhaps Naomi is just an alarmist but the concern over the U.S. Constitution is a growing aspect of the Presidential arena. To start with here is a few quotes from our political leaders.

Pres. George Bush "The Constitution is just a piece of paper."

Sen. Chris Dodd "You will get your Constitution Back."

Gen. Tommy Franks says "that if the United States is hit with a weapon of mass destruction that inflicts large casualties, the Constitution will likely be discarded in favor of a military form of government."

U.S. Rep. Ron Paul calls himself the "Champion of the US Constitution."

Currently in the post 9/11 world new and powerful transitions of power have gone to the White House. These power shifts, power taken away from the people, are due to the suspension of Habeas Corpus, suspension of the Posse Comitatus Act, Patriot Act 1, Patriot Act 2, Thought Crimes (Bill not yet passed) and many other like bills not mentioned.

Congress and the White House has some of the lowest approval and job ratings in history. This clearly shows the growing discord and dissatisfaction that has been around since the second term of the Bush Administration began. The concept of a revolution however, has been around since 1776. Why Naomi is so alarmed can only be explained in her own words, and yet now I question has America become a Dictatoship with a less powerful underlying Democratic Republic? Or does people power and the Constitution still rule. Let us think more about this and gather our thoughts if nothing else, but I am certain about one thing and that is vigilance starts with our government.

Naomi Wolf who was featured in today's broadcast on the GCN radio networks Alex Jones show, also posted a previously recorded very informative video. This video, obtained from Youtube is shared below for your review and commentary.

A Crude Awakening Oil is expensive.

The price of gasoline has gone up over the weekend and is expected to go a even higher, even though the price per barrel dropped today. My quest to get to the truth about our local oil shock always drives me to research and find answers.

This drive of mine increased when my local gas station at the corner of High St, and the Post Rd. dropped his franchise and became an independent operator. His gas station is now called "USA Fuel" and shortly up the Post Rd. there is yet another patriotic gas station called "Patriot" fuel.

The frenzy to compete on gasoline is causing these gas stations to dump their franchisers with the result of lowering the price per gallon. My first impression was that these gas stations are making a lot of money with the high price of gas, but in reality the price hurts the local station because it reduces demand for the gasoline and most franchises only pay the stations for a fixed profit per gallon.

Wanting to know more I went to the Post mall and bought a documentary called "A Crude Awakening." This was the best thing I ever did in truly understanding the energy and oil situation not only here in Milford but in all of America.

The overall message of the movie is that Americans believed our oil would never run out, that it would be here forever. This is proving to be the biggest mis-perception of the century. Every nation on earth is now copying the great consumptive life we have built for ourselves in America. China, India, and Europe all aspiring for individual ownership of a car, a home, and the countless cheap plastic products we have come to enjoy so much.

There is only one problem, and that is that our oil reserves cannot reasonably sustain the good life we have in America spanned across the globe. The worlds new found thirst for oil is causing all the major oil regions of the earth to peak pressuring more outrageous political pressures and competition for oil.

Every industrial government wants to fuel their energy needs, but the supply of oil is not capable of sustaining the rate of growth that the world economy demands. Oil dubbed as the black devil has been the subject of wars, including most recently the gulf war and Iraq's invasion of Kuwait. According to the "A Crude Awakening" documentary the only place left on earth that has not peaked in its oil production is the "war torn" Middle East.

America has no energy plan should our energy demands begin to wane below our needs. The consequences of not having a cheap source of energy are unthinkable, and too upsetting to even think about. Richard Branson of the Virgin Industries has called this problem "serious" and invested several billions of his own money to start "Virgin Fuel" of which I personally hope he succeeds.

The very embarrassment of the energy crisis has led to our political leaders not being honest, just reassuring the public that everything is under control while they know otherwise. This dire energy situation coupled with politics is akin to you or me making up a lame excuse for why our failure to afford our electric bill resulted in the lights going off. Even though America has not had its lights shut off, it has been served with a "shutoff notice." Unfortunately the 9 Trillion charged to the national credit card is now "maxed out."

Politicians cannot and do not want to campaign with bad news. The people of America are perpetually hopeful that America will remain the greatest nation on earth forever and are diseased with "selective reception" and "selective perception" and as such only lying politicians are getting elected. The sooner America wakes up the sooner we can soften what otherwise may be an abrupt crash caused by global energy competition. One last point to note is that, despite this documentary, the CEO of Exxon Mobil is of the opinion that we have plenty of supply to meet future deamand.

CT Husky Dealt Another Blow!

Anyone who has been watching the news on T.V., or is just a member or supporter of Moveon.org should be aware of the issues surrounding the State Child Health Insurance Program. This program is also known as SCHIP. SCHIP is able to function due to the support and injection of federal funds. Sadly those funds are now at risk of drying up because George Bush used his veto power to block the legislation that would have permitted that funding to arrive to Connecticut.

Connecticut Husky, is the state recipient of the SCHIP dollars that cover low income children and their parents in the state medical system. That system is also connected to Wellcare, a publicly traded medical claims processing company that is responsible for 35,000 Connecticut citizens and 1600 medical offices. The Department of Social Services has been put on watch to monitor the companies viability in meeting the obligations to the state.

Wellcare problems began when FBI agents and law enforcement personnel, some from the attorney generals Medicaid Fraud Control unit, raided the Tampa, Fla., headquarters. The agents came with warrants in hand, and began searching and questioning Wellcare employees.

News of this raid hit Wall street and caused the stock to plunge from $118.00 a share down to under $30.00 share. Investors reacted to fear of insurance fraud or some other malfeasance that triggered a panic

CT has gone into high alert with Gov. Rell ordering inquiries into alternative health providers to cover the 35,000 children now at risk of being dropped with little or no warning. This news continues to shadow the already ailing SCHIP program of which President Bush promised to Veto again. Bush called Congress's record this year a disappointment and scorned several lawmakers who refused to give up on the SCHIP funding. Bush called the revised Draft of the SCHIP bill a waste of time and urged house leaders to pass more pressing legislation like the war spending bill and legislation that will classify more people as terrorists.

This panic is gravely disheartening, I will not say that the potential for insurance fraud is rampant because it is a problem. Personally I have seen the skyrocketing costs of health care hurt both hospitals and HMO's. I have also read reports on un-insured persons skewing the cost of care. While I cannot expertly comment on any of this, I will say that from my personal experiences with local doctors, sick children, and the Husky program, that the whole process is pretty much a nightmare void these additional challenges.

It is my opinion that their stock will probably not recover, my guess is, that at this point every major Wall Street predator and shark is circling the water just looking to feed on the misery that has befellen the Wellcare stock. It has been my experience that once confidence is lost the market rarely allows a stock to recover. One way I think Wellcare's stock could possibly recover would be for it to "Trend" upward again. With these types of investigations taking years, its is doubtful that anyone other than a high risk investor would want to touch this stock. My guess is that the damage to their stock is going to get worse.

Wall street already has posted news of investor lawsuits hitting the stock, and this company now is going to have a disrupted revenue stream due to the harm caused by the negative publicity surrounding it. The Feds, I expect, are going to pursue their typical investigation, of which may end up costing many Millions of dollars.

The spin machine is already in place on this Husky fiasco and everyone is in high alert on what to do to avert the major disruption that may be coming soon. This aggregate attack on children's health care in Connecticut is going to be a true test of our state leaders ability serve its children. It's now time to put "legs" on our leaders "rhetoric."

Parents covered by Husky should be following this issue closely to guarantee our state is able to deliver on the health and safety of your children. If some parents have the ability to get dual citizenship it may be a good idea for you to check out another countries healthcare system as a back up.

Frank Offers Seniors Real Help not just Rhetoric.

This article today is in response to the several seniors who have been visiting my ComputerFox store on New Haven ave. To remind folks of our last Press Release offering Free Computers to single Families with children receiving public assistance, we have now extended that help to seniors struggling with the cost of Computers.

While we do not yet have a volunteer to go on site and assist our seniors in setting up E-Mail accounts and IM accounts; To keep seniors in touch with their families, we are actively looking. Anybody who has the time and would be interested in offering their services in this capacity should contact me at (203) 647-0380.

ComputerFox has graciously agreed, through its very successful computer recycling programs, to now extend its offerings of free or severely discounted computers to seniors in assisted living conditions. We have already forwarded an E-Mail contacting the Senior Wish Society, and have informed them of our offer of which we would hope they would announce or distribute in their next bulletin.

We would also encourage readers of this blog to visit their website, and think charitably this upcoming holiday season. The website is: http://www.seniorwishsociety.org/contact.htm. Look at the wish list and remember that many of our seniors are struggling with little money this holiday season and would be heartfelt to see that you or someone cares enough to think of them.

Blackwater Corp. Mercinaries in "Hot Water."

The news has been very critical of Blackwater in the last several weeks. The accusations are that Blackwater has used lethal force against citizens of Iraq for no justified reason and engaged in illegal arms trading. This article today is going to look into the Blackwater criticism and hopefully give today's readers a better understanding of how this private security force conducts its operations.

First let's define Blackwater, (this information comes from http://www.blackwaterusa.com/) Blackwater is a private corporation currently working under the U.S. Government, they provide assistance in the form of Aviation, Maritime, K9 Attack dogs, an Airborne style military, and security services. While it is difficult to assess the the total paramilitary employees this company has, estimates are 1000 multinational paramilitary soldiers in Iraq, and as high as 40,000 internationally. These personnel have come under fire for many reasons and the public has become increasingly sceptical of their involvement in the global war theater.

Abc News recently has reported accusations that Blackwater has been smuggling weapons into Iraq, weapons that have landed in the hands of Militants who are intent at using them to kill American soldiers. (See the ABC News archive at http://abcnews.go.com/search?searchtext=blackwater&type=

Currently I have been actively investigating the scope of purpose of Blackwater, and I have heard a variety of reasons as to why they are benefiting the U.S. I still am not entirely certain on their usefulness. Hopefully the above captioned video helps get a novice started on understanding this company and the accusations against them. I believe that Blackwater may even be a CIA front company.
