Rocco Frank Election Notes

Last year both Democrats and Republicans took credit for the citywide tax decrease; however both sides neglected to mention they borrowed the money to do it. This borrowing increased our debt to 240M in 2010, not including interest.

The "Entrenched Two Party Leadership" also fattened their pension fund to an astounding $320M. In turn, the People of Milford were left with a current estimated 300M in 2011 debt... and the “mad rush” to now deplete the pension fund is making it look like a developing Ponzi scheme.

Since 2008! The CAFR's (Comprehensive Audited Financial Results) indicate our city liabilities are growing at an alarming 17.7% per year, while our city assets are growing at 6.6% per year.

Neither democrats nor, Republicans want to admit that their collective leadership and “voodoo economics” is the root cause of Milford "Heading of a Cliff!!"

While I have no intention of arguing with the selective accounting at City Hall, I do take issue with the practice of borrowing new money at lower interest rates, to pay off higher interest rates. This is not a serious plan and it’s done nothing to stem the tide of our growing liabilities, we need something more professional than just “juggling the interest on our credit cards.”

In order to seriously deal with this grave financial issue, big Developers, Law Firms and special interests have to understand that they are second to getting our finances in order. This, however, is a difficult task when both my opponents each owe favors to the corporate donors who “buttered their bread.” It’s my job to present the facts, hopefully the non-voters will be motivated to come out and vote en-masse, to put an end to the "High jacking" of our city!

Milford’s “high jackers” have their eyes set on 200 Million dollars. You can be assured that there are many special interests who want more of that money for themselves, and sadly they are stealing it. They cheat us taxpayers by way of crony job appointments, no bid contracts, double dipping, nepotism, favoritism, undeserved bonuses and bigger government. My silent opponent’s, and their political parties, rely on you being uniformed; it’s what keeps them in power and loving Milford!

Thus far this year, I have shredded thousands of dollars in checks and refused all special interest money. We are not for sale and will not endorse any future candidate unless they guarantee us oversight! Personally, I choose to run my campaign with little to no money because most every sizable donation offered me came with a set of terms. The best type of victory is one where past non voters enthusiastically vote against corruption, and ordinary citizens organize on their own without expectations. Hopefully I have earned your trust and support.

Would You Vote For Acorn If They Were A Political Party?

Last week I learned of the Connection between the corrupt Acorn Organization and the Working Families Party. It is no secret that Acorn is in a heap of trouble. We have seen the blogger video (Below)  whereby Acorn was advising Hookers and Pimps on how to set up a business, we also heard the Registrar of Voters in Bridgeport talk about their role in the historic voter fraud mess and the extension of the Malloy election. Most people do not even know that Billionaire New World Order Traitor George Soros and Media Matters is backing this organization. Locally, and in New Haven the Chair of The Communist USA Party Joelle Fishman is also praising the organization.

Congress has cut funding to Acorn after a corruption fight with Obama, and many Americans are really confused by their sincerity and purpose. After all they have a catchy name, Working Families, and who could possibly be against that. Last election right here in Milford State Rep. Kim Rose and Rosa Delauro both invited the Working Families Party to our town ballot. Many people voted that line thinking they were supporting something good when in reality they were supporting corruption.

Unfortunately, most people I questioned who voted for the duplicitous Acorn/Working Families had no idea what their ties to the WFP was really about. To help clarify this point below is a quote from a news clip posted back in in Feb 8th 2010 by Dana Loesch of Big Journalism.com. The entire aricle can be read by clicking here.

"With national scrutiny on ACORN and local scrutiny on the Working Families Party, ACORN CEO Bertha Lewis quietly departed as state co-chair of the Working Families Party.
Lewis was a founding co-chair of the Party. According to Working Families spokesman Dan Levitan, Lewis stopped serving as co-chair “about a year ago,” though many people familiar with the Party were unaware of that change and Lewis was identified as a current co-chair in an interview on WNYC’s The Brian Lehrer Show... recently as September."

This quote is from atlasshrugg2000.com

"Dozens of forged and fraudulent absentee ballots from people registered to vote on the Working Families Party line were filed in the Sept. 15 primary elections in Troy, the Times Union has learned."

This post today is to inform the people of Milford, that when they see the Working Families party on the ballot, and they vote on that line, they are making a statement that they approve of Acorn s corruption. Since I know that most people oppose, theft, prostitutution, and voter fraud I would highly advise that THEY NOT VOTE THE WORKING FAMILIES PARTY LINE. I also would advise Kim Rose and Rosa Delauro to drop their cross endorsement in the next election unless they publically accept and defend their work and questionable ties to corruption.

The photo above shows, the misuse of public funds to build a political party right here in America, something that the U.S. Taxpayers object to and is inherently unconstitutional. Under no circumstances should our tax dollars be spent to subsidize socialist left wing political parties.

The Independent Party recommends that we as a community object and vote against any candidates that has or bears the Un-American and confusing Acorn/Working Parties cross endorsement.

Below is the video that changed Acorn Forever.

Sikorski Credit Union Robbed Again

This will be the second time in two weeks the Milford branch of the Sikorsky Financial Federal Credit Union was robbed.

The robbery took place at about 12:30 this afternoon and a medical team was dispatched to the credit union along with emergency personnel and the police department. The robbery is still under investigation and one photograph (above) has been released.

Witnesseses described three hooded men entering the bank through the rear door, one demanded money from the a teller, the other entered an office and robbed a man lying on the floor. The suspects then exited through the rear door and made off in a getaway car described as a silver vehicle with tinted windows that may have been a Mitsubishi.

The police attempted to lift fingerprints, and used dogs to gather a scent. There is no comment on whether or not this heist was linked to the prior one. The police are also asking the public to report any information they have.

The person being treated was due to the anxiety induced by the incident and the overall psychological impact of the traumatic theft. (Photo of actual robbers.)

Petty Thieves Hit Lexington Green

The wonderful development here in the North end of Milford, Lexington Green seems to always have its share of nuisances when it comes to petty criminals. This latest incident involved the theft of of two video game consoles and a purse from Oak Ridge Lane.

According to the victim the game console can be identified as belonging to her kids because she initialed everything. The game console bore the initials "J" and or "B" and can be clearly seen in large letters.

Her neighbor was also the victim of a stolen purse, a purse that was taken from the inside of her car parked in front of her house. These thefts at Lexington Green and its associated two developments are not uncommon. Just last year vandals damaged the gazebo, spray painted profanities on the rocks by the gazebo, and followed up with a purple "W' painted on the main entrance.

Those responsible for these juvenile delinquent acts almost always trace back to local kids who either live in the development, or have parties where outside kids come into the development sometimes under the influence of alcohol and do damage to association property.

In the last year accidents have also been up as two light posts and a fence was taken down by distracted, or drunk drivers who failed to adequately pay attention to the road. Should anyone know of any information that can assist in reporting the names of individuals involved in these criminal acts, they are urged to contact the local Milford Police department, or me the neighborhood watch dog at (203) 247-4357.

Attorney General Concerned Over Banks Lost Tape

Attorney General Richard Blumenthal recently issued a dire warning to all customers of Peoples United Bank located in Bridgeport CT. The warning stems from the loss of a un-encrypted tape, whereas unencrypted means that anyone who is computer savvy will have the ability to get the information contained on it.

This information, although some details are murky, is known to contain the account numbers, social security numbers, addresses, and other vital data of Peoples United Bank customers. Blumenthal is concerned that should this information fall into the hands of Identity thieves than the bank should be responsible for restitution to its customers and be held accountable for its mistake.

A spokesman for the bank said that the tape was most likely "lost in transit," where it was en route to the Bank of New York when an employee noticed the tape could not be located. Blumenthal was concerned over the banks lapse in time between its being reported lost to the authorities.

Customers who are concerned over their identity being stolen, or are suspect that the information contained from the lost Peoples tape has fallen into the hands of a criminal are urged to immediately contact the Attorney Generals office in Hartford, CT for advice and to file a report.

This matter is currently still under investigation and anyone with any information on the whereabouts of this tape should contact their local Police department.
