Would You Vote For Acorn If They Were A Political Party?

Last week I learned of the Connection between the corrupt Acorn Organization and the Working Families Party. It is no secret that Acorn is in a heap of trouble. We have seen the blogger video (Below)  whereby Acorn was advising Hookers and Pimps on how to set up a business, we also heard the Registrar of Voters in Bridgeport talk about their role in the historic voter fraud mess and the extension of the Malloy election.Most people do not even know that Billionaire New World Order Traitor George Soros and Media Matters is backing this organization. Locally, and in New Haven the Chair of The Communist USA Party Joelle Fishman is also praising the organization.

Congress has cut funding to Acorn after a corruption fight with Obama, and many Americans are really confused by their sincerity and purpose. After all they have a catchy name, Working Families, and who could possibly be against that. Last election right here in Milford State Rep. Kim Rose and Rosa Delauro both invited the Working Families Party to our town ballot. Many people voted that line thinking they were supporting something good when in reality they were supporting corruption.

Unfortunately, most people I questioned who voted for the duplicitous Acorn/Working Families had no idea what their ties to the WFP was really about. This post today is to inform the people of Milford, that when they see the Working Families party on the ballot, and they vote on that line, they are making a statement that they approve of Acorn s corruption. Since I know that most people oppose, theft, prostitutution, and voter fraud I would highly advise that THEY NOT VOTE THE WORKING FAMILIES PARTY LINE. I also would advise Kim Rose and Rosa Delauro to drop their cross endorsement in the next election unless they publically accept and defend their work and questionable ties to corruption.

The photo above shows, the misuse of public funds to build a political party right here in America, something that the U.S. Taxpayers object to and is inherently unconstitutional. Under no circumstances should our tax dollars be spent to subsidize socialist left wing political parties.

The Independent Party recommends that we as a community object and vote against any candidates that has or bears the Un-American and confusing Acorn/Working Parties cross endorsement.

Rep. Kim Rose Changes Vote Against CT Tax Hike

Kim Rose our new freshman representative was expected to vote in favor of the labor unions who are demanding taxpayers fund their ambitions and perceptions of fundamental fairness. Kim Rose was cross endorsed last election by the Working Families Party of which has an agenda that has nothing to do with Working Families, unless of course those families are members of an organized labor union.

This concern arrives on the heels that Paul Davis, and Rich Roy both joined a small minority of Democrats who are opposing the state budget as was approved by the State Senate. Gayle Slossberg, also and Independent Democrat opposed the tax hike. Kim Rose was not mentioned as part of the Milford Dissenting Democrats. In 2010 she was endorsed by the labor unions who rendered her additional votes in the last election in the 118th.

While the final word on this massive state budget is expected to be the subject of a fierce battle in the state house, it has become imperative to demand that our legislator represent the wishes of her contituents and not the benefits and pay increases of the Labor Unions and the Working Families Party. Reputable polls including those put forth by the Yankee Institute at the link below paint a compelling picture that the people of our state are taxed enough, and do not want to lose their home buyer credit, nor do they want to pay more for gasoline, over the counter medicine, and see an increase in the sales tax.

For this reason we need to contact Ms. Rose and tell her we object to her siding with the "Tax and Spenders" in Hartford and show some compassion and respect toward the people who elected her. Your relentless pursuit of expressing your economic concerns over higher prices for all in Milford are ernestly solicited.

Milford Post Election Results Commentary

The city of Milford had several terrific candidates that worked very hard this year. Also among these candidates were some not so terrific individuals, but even with that said the voters always get the government we elect. Gayle Slossberg whom was cross endorsed by the Independent Party will be returning to Hartford as a Senator. Richard Roy and Paul Davis will also be returning, additionally and a newcomer in the 118th Kim Rose will be this years freshman.

To add my thoughts, as the Independent candidate in this race, it is important to note that my views belong to me only. You may agree with them or challenge them using the comments section below. You may also feel free to do your own research . When I began this race I was intently familiar with all the candidates in the running. Of the four (now elected) Democrat candidates there was only one that was unknown Kim Rose.

Since we already know the record and reputation of Mr. Davis, Roy and Slossberg I am going to make the point of this article more about Ms. Rose who defeated the chairman of the Milford Board of Alderman much to the surprise of the Republican party and several thousand residents in Milford.

As a disclaimer and before you read on, please note that this is not about "sour grapes" or me being upset over getting defeated. I knew "full well" that I was not going to get elected this election as an Independent. I spent about $250.00 against two established party candidates who randomly spent about $60,000.00.

In 2008 I spent $21,000.00 to get 10% of the vote. This year I instead, opted to be a candidate provocateur. I found that the best way to expose corruption is from within, a side position that I plan on clinging to for many more years so I can keep blogging about the disinformation being told to the people of the 118th.

Since 2006, (when I came on the scene), the 118th has been a sore subject for Independents and Republicans in Milford. This seat became a point of contention when in 2006, it was left unchallenged with only Jim Amann on the Ballot. While Amann was revered as one of the greatest icons in Milford, that view soon became short sighted and unenlightened when it was challenged by Milford Independents. The Democrats later, via courtesy of a video produced at the Milford train station by (Democratic Party member) Bob Adams challenged Amann over his support of Joe Lieberman. Adams recorded a angry Amann Rant, whereby he arrogantly said "if you have any idiot in this town run against me I will crush him." The video went viral and in 2007 Milford was the joke of Connecticut.

While Amann is now out of office, having resigned his speakership in search of a failed gubernatorial bid, its important to note that Amann's record is over stated. Milford benefited little from Amann's personal success. Amann is one of the few Speakers in Connecticut who has the not so enviable and conservative record of delivering the least amount of money to our city.

One of Amman's last projects, before he left office, was the Boardwalk handed over to Barbara Lambert in 2009. Today the project appears abandoned and is currently unfinished after several years of disingenuous remarks by her and the Milford Democratic Town Committee. The boardwalk was sidelined when concern emerged over a new embarrassing national scandal she initiated.

The 2009 scandal involved an AP photographer recording what our legislators do in chambers. What they photographed went viral and the Milford Democrats and our candidate for the 118th became the laughing stock of the entire country. Some of the captions read (along these lines) "Connecticut Representatives Play Solitaire During Crisis." and "Connecticut Fiscal Crisis Second to Baseball Scores and Solitaire."

The Milford Democratic Town Committee, led by Party loyalist Richard Smith, defended Lambert and her actions despite the national and international criticism of this monumental blunder. Lamberts actions were considered so serious that rules regarding laptops had to be changed for the entire Connecticut legislature.

Sadly even with these hard pressed lessons of national shame and embarrassment the Milford Democrats learned little to nothing. To make matters more interesting the voters of the the118th, or the Devon Section of Milford did not care and were blissfully unaware. The "solitaire queen" who resigned of her own free will and accord, was instead heroically revived and placed at her favorite polling place on 11/02/10 Meadowside School. She even cross endorsed Kim Rose despite all the inter party and internal warnings that Ms. Rose is a major liability to the state of Connecticut and Milford.

Many are wondering how did Ms. Rose pull it off? The answer required an enormous amount of research, and even more probing then has previously been done by the Independent Party in Milford. The information we are about to divulge is not flattering but keeps our promise of "veritas" or "truth." All of the information we provide is carefully looked at and validated through credible sources. Readers are free to comment if we have it wrong.

In the 2010 Election Ms. Rose articulated herself well, a skill she practices as a secretary at the Bridgeport Building and Permit Department.  While there are many underlying issues that can be brought up about her personal character flaws we, at the Milford Daily Blog are only going to focus on those that concern the people she will represent and the acrimony reported to us by members of her party.

The information we have received was sent to us by inside sources. Many documents were e-mailed anonymously while others are based on first hand accounts of people who directly work with her in community organizations and public projects. It is my opinion that the information that we received reveals that Ms. Rose is going to be a Major liability in Hartford, and to her present employer.

Sadly, this is a tough job for me because never in my life or career have I been burdened with the knowledge that I have come to bear. I have always liked clean elections and ran a clean race in 2007, and again in 2008. But part of what I believe is the job of a political party is to act responsibly, and keep the Chairman's of the other political parties in check when they act against the interests of our city and state. As such my task is one that will certainly draw criticism, but with courage and resolve I am up to that challenge.

One of the principal concerns we have when running our own candidates is their overall health. This was an issue in 2006 when some questioned Ammans Cancer and again in 2008 when I questioned Lamberts age and ability to drive long distances late at night. Our state Legislators endure a great deal of stress, both mental and physical. Sessions sometimes end as late as 3:00A.M. and the commute from Milford to Hartford can exceed an hour or more. Yet we at the MIP have discovered information that confirms our newly elected State Representative is severely handicapped. Her problem is not visible to the naked eye, but if one dare ask her about her handicap she will be forced to admit the ugly truth about her Pneumonectomy . As outrageous and preposterous a conspiracy this may sound it has been validated by Ms. Rose herself, who sadly has also been witnessed smoking.

Very credible reports have arrived to our office that Ms. Roses condition is so severe, that on more than one occasion and by her own conversations with others, revealed severe work debilitating migraine headaches and repeated tardiness and absenteeism from her current work responsibilities. It will be therefore of critical importance to monitor Ms. Roses attendance record at the capitol starting Jan. 7, 2011. Should Ms. Rose fail in her contractual responsibility to represent our state it will be the responsibility of the Milford Republicans and Independents to call upon her to resign.

Right about now many of you who voted for her are probably feeling upset over this unflattering revelation, and believe me the cowards at the newspapers do not want to report this. They are protective of their advertising dollars. This ad money, ironically all comes by way of the CEP or the Citizens Election Program. A program ruled unconstitutional by judge Underhill in the last year. As a Constitutionalists myself, I refused to participate in this program that I also now agree may be  "Unconstitutional." Any person with integrity should also refuse this money.

As a brief history this year it is important to mention that the CEP only benefited the major parties. It fell far short and in most cases failed in its primary objective to keep Criminal Rowland style union lobbyists like the Working Families Party at bay. This year the WFP party cross endorsed, not only our Ms. Rose, but 100% of all "sold out" Democrats.

When asked why, a spokesman said that Democrats overwhelmingly support the monetary demands of the states labor unions including those of the SEIU and several others like the UFW and AFLCIO. While it is illegal for a candidate to accept money from a Lobbyist in tandem with CEP funding it remains unclear as to wether or not Ms. Rose broke the law during her election. The only thing that appears very certain is that Ms. Rose sold out Milfords Middle Class citizens in favor of the states labor unions.

In 2010 every third party candidate was audited by the Elections Enforcement Commission, most of these audits lasted about two years and were very discouraging to the candidates Treasures who in 2010 refused to be responsible under the criminal threats made by the Elections Enforcement agency.

The CEP from its onset was challenged by Chris Healy, the Republican Party state Chairman who said in a committee hearing that this program amounts to "little more than legalized theft of public money." Sadly Healy was correct because in 2010 all of the CEP money was directed toward Major Parties with scores of murky endorsements from special interest groups. I personally believe that time will reveal massive corruption at the CEP and eventually that corruption will result in the dissolution of the entire program as in-effective.

Fear And The Lunacy of State Government Repair Men

There is no doubt that there is cause for concern when it comes to the financial health of government on all levels. There is even less doubt that those trying to get re-elected will tell you the economic health of our city and state are just great! Except when it no longer can be hidden or denied that there is a serious problem.

This year is no different than any other year, one group blaming another group who is blaming some other enigmatic abstract of the reality of government insolvency. Sadly the general public has taught our candidates for office that fear works, so opponents in state and local races are often compelled to scare the public into taking action.

Much to the chagrin of organized party politics, the public has become disgusted, apathetic and fed up with the barrage of constant lying and blaming that goes on every election year. Since the candidates for office do not have the courage to speak the truth I will, and should my critics disagree with me, then they are free to do their own research and prove me wrong.

Personally I do not blame people for being grossly disinterested in donating to campaigns, attending rallies and supporting our wide spectrum of perverse candidates for office. What is really frightening and disheartening is that our candidates for office really believe they can fix anything. The only thing our candidates for office can do is dismantle the government and put up obstacles to special interest groups. They can also address unfunded mandates by complaining loudly they are unfair.

Well what is the problem you may ask? The biggest problem and obstacle to the state prospering is the Federal Government, the supremacy clause, the Federal Reserve, Quantitative Easing, failed treaties, theft, crony bailout capitalism, and obstacles to getting value out of our tax dollars.

Little to none of this can be addressed by a state leader, and even less can be done by one state to fix it. As a case in point lets take a look at the Federal Governments "wild card" dubbed Obama Care. The bill is not even in force yet and insurance companies are taking a defensive stance. States are trying to block Obama care and business are seriously concerned about it. We can add "cap and trade" and of course Linda McMahon who would have you think that its a Democrat "Job Killer."

These are just some of the recent bills that are on the table but there has been several others that also have already passed that are not likely to be repealed. These include GATT, NAFTA, and several others. Personally I do not know the impact of these mistakes on the overall economy and to me that does not matter. What matters is that a serious amount of damage has been done to our economy for abstract reasons that rarely make any sense to the average person.

Should any of our local disingenuous politicians really take up the gall to fix our state, they should begin by learning about the the states Charter Oak Tree and consider perhaps finding a new one to hide our charter in. Because what needs to be done is surely going to send someone looking for it again.

To fix Hartford, Connecticut needs to rebel against Washington and its state killing ways. The state can rebel by  challenging the Supremacy Clause of the Federal government in court. Many states are already doing this on the precept that the 10th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution takes precedent.

The next thing we can do is have our Attorney General sue the Federal Government over every economic injury Congress committed against commerce in our state. Next our Governor needs to get on board and start amping up the rhetoric against the Federal Governments economic policies and start demanding remedies to their repeated injuries against us. I would also be so brazen as to attempt state tariffs or equivalents on imported slave goods from other countries.

Lastly, it is our right under the U.S. constitution to coin our own money either in Gold or Silver. Should the Federal Government continue to debase our dollar with Quantitative easing, debt, and international economic warfare, it then becomes our legal right to coin our money. This will most likely be Silver since Gold is "off the charts." At the present rate of monetary abuse by the federal government, it will be a few short years before the Dollar is replaced under protest at the next G20 meeting. Expect something like a Breton Woods Two and a global SDR note as the new world reserve currency.

As Americans continue to aimlessly consume and take up the mike in Washington, the world is not going to stand idly by as our leaders are talking up a good game. Eventually it will be time to "pay the piper" and when that happens expect the global medium of trade, the U.S. Dollar, (abused into oblivion by Congress) decoupled from Oil and commodity purchases world wide. As Hillary our Secretary of State even admitted our escalating debt is approaching a level now so serious as to be called a national security risk. The sooner our state distances itself from the Federal Government and its associated problematic instruments of control the sooner our state can get on with our business.

What Hartford needs is a not a "happy go lucky" "local yokel" with a "Fix Hartford Sign" what we really need is someone out there with a few Quadrillion Dollars and a "Fix The World" sign.

Can Hartford Really Be Fixed By The 118Th?

The race for the 118th is just starting to kick off and in the next few months the voters will be rushing to the polls to vote in state and federal races. While I am quite pessimistic about this years choices fixing Washington I am also getting equally frustrated with the economic repairmen competing in our local races.

Dreadfully, I really dislike bringing up the past, but it is always important to know that there are plenty of very popular well meaning people out there. Our last two representatives in the 118th were both Democrats with Barbara Lambert resigning after serving just one term. Prior to that we had the former Speaker of the House Jim Amann who also resigned his post in favor of a Gubernatorial bid.

This year we have another three-way race with four political parties being represented. Added to the usual Republican, Independent, and Democrat Parties, we have the added intrusion of the Working Families Party. While most people think WF is a real party it is important to note that they rarely to never run any candidates.

Working Families is a labor union driven entity who has endorsed Democrats in 99% of every contested race in Connecticut. To see their list of cross endorsements click here.

This years Republican Candidate is Greg Smith the present Chairman of the Milford Board of Alderman. Greg replaced the very popular tax cutting Ben Blake after the Republican landslide in 2010.

The Democrat Kim Rose is vying to retain the 118th yet again for the Democrats. Rose is active in several Milford organizations including the Elks, the Irish festival and the Planning and Zoning Board. Rose is also cross endorsed by the Working Families Party.

The Independent is Rocco Frank Jr. who is running again. Frank is a small business owner and has served the state of Connecticut as a Special Deputy Sheriff. Frank is also the Chairman of the Milford Independent Party and is largely responsible for all Independents that appear on the Milford ballot. Frank is also a former candidate for the Board of Education and has three children in High School.

Deciding who to vote for can be challenging, some things to remember is that this year, except for Frank, we have all new faces running for the 118th. Each of the candidates have their strengths and weaknesses.

The Democratic candidate biggest weakness may be her health, and issues that could impair her ability to represent her constituents. Driving back and forth to Hartford can be a taxing (no pun intended) experience and the same impairments that handicap her at her present job will again handicap her again if elected. Other than this issue Rose is a terrific person who has supported a great many honorable organizations and events in Milford.

The Republican Candidate Greg Smith has all of the luster of calling himself Chairman of the Milford Board of Alderman. Smith also calls himself a Libertarian and a Patriot and embraces Libertarian principles in an age where Tea Party Patriots seem to be en-vogue.

Smith's critics, however, have criticized him on several fronts and call him dis-ingenuous. Smith's greatest challenge came from the parents of Simon Lake school. Greg supported and cut the funding to Simon Lake against the wishes of several parents and teachers. Greg was also criticized again by the local media and several blogs when he voted in favor of paying $700.00 each for computer chairs at the mayors request. Greg has denied this to me in person but has failed to provede any proof by way of a reciept. These, in my opinion, are alleged errors in judgements that many of us use to cast doubt on his ability to "fix Hartford." Democrats have also alleged that Greg has voted to raise taxes more times than any Chairman I have ever known.

Rocco Frank Jr. The Independent has been dubbed and called opinionated and yet open minded at the same time. Frank as the owner of a small business, and as a former state employee has a great deal of state experience. The Milford Mirror called Frank an excellent choice in 2008, and was also endorsed by the Family Institute of CT, and every other state Independent party in the state including the American Independent Party.

Frank's biggest handicap this year is funding as he is self financed and has opted out of the Citizens Election Program. In 2008 Frank qualified and spent nearly $20,000.00 but due to a challenge expressed by Chris Healy (Chair of the CT Republicans) that this program amounts to public "theft" frank decided to opt out in 2010 until the program is proven ethical. Frank's critics have also alluded to the 10% margin he achieved in 2008 after spending $21,000.00. He has also been challenged on issues of physical graffiti objections and reforms in divorce law.

Race For State House Milford's Early Contenders

While many of you already know that I am running for the 118th, looks like things are getting crowded yet again this election. Barbara Lambert recently stepped down after her Solitaire fiasco, and in her place early contenders are Kim Rose for the Democrats Greg Smith for the Republicans.

In the 119th Kevin Liddy may be faced with a tough decision in the wake of E-Mailgate. Republican party bosses are not happy with Liddy voting for himself as chairman of the P&Z and characterized his winning of the Republican bid as "remote as cold fusion." Fortunately Liddy has won the support of some key leaders in town including Bob Adams who supports Liddy running on the independent slate. Bob Adams said that the Republicans in Milford demonstrate that "crossing them means big trouble."

We are actively holding open a place for Kevin Liddy should he decide to take it. As things move forward and websites pop up and tempers flare over ECS funding, the outcome this year will hinge once again on the voters who will express their discontent with the two party tax and spend pendulum.

Every so often it swings wildly to the left or the right, and everyone wishes there were a better choice than the same old two parties controlled by the same powerful people and lawyers in town that now has also become the subject of an ongoing investigation by the MDB.

Just when you thought Smith and the Republican crew voting down an investigation into Cynthia Angers wrongful termination was insensitive, the collaboration between other law firms and attorneys is presenting a picture that is beyond cronyism and irresponsible misuse of power and taxpayer funds.

This year will again and the state races will yield many issues and contentious criticisms of government and why we need to get "this and that" from Hartford but none who run against me will dare say our Federal Government committed economic crimes against the American people including 9/11 and a false "green house gas" movement that was revealed with that fraudster Al Gore.

None will dare demand or introduce legislation that will call out the Federal Government to give us, the people of Milford, the services our Federal income tax dollars pay for. The people of Milford want more than just a receipt for interest payments on a national debt they did not personally incur.

And not one of any of the cowards who run against me will dare stand up and demand that the State of CT express sovereign 9th and 10th amendment rights against the Federal Government who has bankrupted our country with a fraudulent banking and monetary system. None will dare introduce legislation making illegal immigration a state crime that is incarcerable in state prison nor will they punish those who aid and abed illegal immigrants in our state with hefty fines. I will!

My guess is that of all the "dilly dally, wimpy social butterflies" I will be up against not one will speak in terms that challenge, educate or address any of the issues pertaining to the New World Order. Nor will they address any of the harm or injury that has been orchestrated by their own parties illegitimate and treasonous leaders.

They will instead paint an image of perpetual mediocrity and continue the same stupid game of blaming one another for the mess their opponents parties created.... and yet again the people of Milford will happily vote the other way in droves. This will happen because the media and the newscasters have made everyone insane. The people of Milford are also falsely confiding in mailbox trash propaganda and doing the same thing over and over again every election and expecting a different result.

Unless you personally get out and stop the madness dead in its tracks and dare show the people you know the truth (go to www.infowars.com and listen to the Alex Jones show if you do yet now) our state, your job, and your freedom will continue its slide toward a place where your property taxes are as high as renting, and your home values are marginalized by foreclosure. If you are one of the lucky ones come 2012 and you still have a job, food, a car and a home my guess is your friends and family will be begging for anything you can share or lend.

These are the times that try men's souls and we do not send Lambs off to attack wolves! We need leaders who fear no danger and embrace aggressive legislation and prosecution against all forms of treason and treasonous traitors who have taken control of our country and soon our liberty. Begging Washington to save our liberty is not the solution but a cruel joke that is the root of our nations fiscal, moral, and economic cancer.

To all of you who find it convenient to depend on the government for everything just know that you foolishly gave your government the power to take away everything you have. That is not the freedom I seek and it should neither be the freedom you seek.

Milford's Al Dente Gets A Parking Deal

The Planning and Zoning Board has approved a “shared parking” proposal in Devon, which will allow Al Dente’s Restaurant the use of five municipal spaces in a lot the eatery’s owners sold to the Devon Revitalization Committee earlier this year.

Mayor James L. Richetelli Jr. said the lease agreement between the city and Joseph Arcudi, Christina D’Archangelo and Daniel Bagley, the owners of Al Dente, was needed to ensure the eatery was still in compliance with city parking requirements.

Earlier this year, the Devon Revitalization Commission purchased a lot at 120 Bridgeport Ave. from the restaurant owners in an effort to create much-needed parking opportunities downtown. The committee paid $160,000 in state money for the land, which was expected to provide 12 new spaces.

Richetelli said as part of the continuing streetscape improvements in Devon, especially along Naugatuck Avenue, the city needed an easement through Al Dente’s, and the restaurant ended up losing five spaces. As a result, the city agreed to lease the restaurant five of the newly created municipal spaces.

“It will be a non-exclusive use. If someone wants to park and go somewhere else, they can,” Richetelli said. “It’s very common downtown, the idea of shared parking.”

Richetelli said the municipal lot now is serving as a staging area for the streetscape upgrades along Naugatuck Avenue. He said the lot has been re-engineered and will accommodate 17 vehicles, instead of 12. Riche�telli said he hopes the lot will be available for public use in the fall.

The zoning board voted unanimously to approve the lease agreement.

PZB Vice Chairwoman Kim Rose, D-3, said she did not vote because she was acting as the board’s chairman for the evening, but she personally does not believe in shared parking.

“I know that’s not popular,” Rose said.

Rose said sacrificing five municipal spots would adversely affect nearby businesses. But PZB member Kevin Liddy, R-4, said he thinks the deal “shows the city works well with private enterprise for a win-win situation.”
