Members of the city’s Economic Development Commission are planning what they say is an innovative way they hope will fill available office, commercial and manufacturing properties in Milford.Economic Development Commission Chairman Cyrus Settineri and Vice Chairwoman Susan Patrick have been working on creating an event to spotlight available parcels in Milford.
Additionally, the EDC plans to create an online database highlighting all available parcels in Milford, making it easy for commercial brokers.
“This will help landlords and property owners market available properties,” Patrick said at a recent EDC meeting.
